You should know that the LTNs and Mexican bonds, particularly those from 1970s to the 1899 and 1904 Mexican bonds, are FRAUD. The SEC is about to unleash itself over anyone dealing with such instruments. They have no value and you can buy them for $500 on Ebay. I have heard recently that this fraud is only spreading and the LTN and Mexican bond market is full of scammers and fraud. Beware lest you get into real trouble.
The LTN and Mexican bonds are fraud and anyone who has been trying to put them on Clearstream, Euroclear, CETIP or whever is being reported, along with all of their names, numbers and more that are associated with someone trying to sell these fraudlent bonds.
I would GET OUT of this business, especially any US citizen!!!

SEC has nothing to do with this

i take that back, the SEC can go after someone who deals with this sort of stuff.

Has anyone ever worked with a guy who has two names, either Rick Hicks or Renaldo Hicks (http://rlhickslaw.com/ )

He is an attorney who sent a guy i know a package of mexican fraud bonds for purchase. Not sure if he is legit or trying to pull a fast one but he wants to sell bonds for billions and billions of dollars.
