You need to read inbetween the lines on these situations. If you read what he is saying he has buyers quoting him 2T+500B. So why is this clown posting on a public forum when he supposedly has buyer/s who he believes know what they are talking about, quoting him????

Your wasting your time on this situation. It is probably out to 100 other brokers already. I am sure you will eventually get this same offer from a dozen other brokers by the end of the week. Hopefully with a higher degree of education, maybe high school??:)
