By "Insurance Wrap" are you indicating the
availability of a "letter of indemnity"
or
"financial guarantee" instrument which
would act as a 'credit enhancement' for
collateral of uncertain value such as an
"in ground" asset like a Mine or Oil,etc.
Please define Insurance Wrap as you under
stand it. US Insurors can't do them.

I don't check this board on a regular basis. Please also note that there are cost associated with such products. So if you don't have funds please don't waste your time or ours. Too many people on this board want a free policy and free labor.

I have an investor with a financial instrument Global BOND of Euros250 Million, and ClearStream BOND of Euros20 Million and this investor needs a capable trader to put the instruments at work into Private Placement Programmes.The Euros250 Million Global BOND is issued by Banco Central de Venezuela(Central Bank of venezuela), while the Euros20 Million BOND is issued by CLEARSTREAM BKG DE . The instruments will be re-issued to the trader and the trader will pay 0.5% instrument value which is the issuing cost. For all proceeds from investment with any of the instruments, 60% is entitled to be remitted to the account of the investor, while 40% is for the trader.

Upon your positive response to work on this, the investor through his agent will release every needed documents relating to the BOND for your confirmation and verification, therefter BOND will be issued to you / your company by the investors Bank through Euroclear and The Deposit Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) which you will pay for the 0.5% issuing cost. On the two BONDS, copies will be released to trader for verification on Euroclear., thereafter trader shall remit the 0.5% issuing cost to re-issue the Bond to his name or company.

ROSA,et al: The WRAP requested is of the MONOLINE variety which is
in effect a Financial Guarantee for the BONDS issued against our asset/project ( 500 M USD). We have immediate requirement. ADVISE

to buy and where to sell it! If you can buy a loaf of bread for $1.00 and sell it for $2.00 ,that is a
high yield private placement. It ain't rocket science nor is it "deniable" if it can be done with
success. Buffett just bought a railroad ? Do you think that he is lookin for a "high yield"........

NOTE: an Insurance Wrap for a BG is superfluous as they both do the
same thing . What do you wish to accomplish? BG can be hypothecated
for trade ( buy/sell) platforms or as assurance for loans. DMY

Matt: A 50 M BG is just that..a 50 M BG !!
There should be no further need for value .
