A couple of years ago we were also taken by Thomas Sundell in a CMO scam. Mr. Sundell offerred to purchase bonds from us claiming he owned a bank and gauranteed payment. We actually flew to Zurich and met in his office. His office was not a bank but he claimed his new bank offices were under construction. He signed papers along with Prince Von Saxxon gauranteeing payment and we transferred the bond and guess what, no payment was ever produced. Instead he claimed payment was coming from another investor and asked us to be patient. Days turned into weeks and no payment ever came and then he dissapeared. Since then we have found that we were not the first that he scammed, he has done it many times and even has stolen high end automobiles. He is a crook and a con artist and anyone trusting him is going to get taken. Don't be fooled, he will wine and dine you but at the end of the day he is going to steal from you.

John, the good news is, NOW days, securities houses will not move any CMOs to another securities house or bank if the receiving entity is not the original owner. Second or third parties will not receive CMOs any more. If any reader don't believe what I am saying here, my suggestion is for you to make contact with your securities house officer and tell him/her that you plan to use your CMOs as collateral and you need to move the CMOs to the benefit of your finding source. Watch what your officer will respond to your inquiry.
