The following is a brief list of the projects and our conditions.

2. PAJU apartment complex (UNC Development): requesting $ 300 Million; building apartment complex in paju city, S. Korea
3. Resort/Hotel (Haewon Consulting Corp): requesting $ 370 Million
Conditions
1. All of these projects have SBLC guarantee.
2. We do not wish to pay up-front charge.
3. We would like the APR to be tied to the LIBOR index rate.

If the condition can be matched and you are able to process the loan for us, we would like to request LOI from the lender. We will issue all the necessary documents for SBLC guarantee as soon as we receive the LOI.

Mr. Choi I work directly with an investment firm. We may be able to assist, but please note you are required to pay a retainer. Your project will require work, travel and so forth. The firm closed over $16B in deals last year directly and working with investment partners. Fees are paid at closing, but you must pay a retainer which the firm may consider spliting in half after the client receives LOI and terms (if the firm has interest) and the balance at closing. Firm has been featured in Forbes magazine. Variable rates are indexed to Libor which to depends upon country risk.

I may be able to help you get this project funded. I don't charge upfront fees, but I will need some information. You can't get something for nothing. I will not ask for money from you, but there are certain procedures to follow. No investor, bank, hedge fund, or anyone else will issue an LOI on anything untill acceptable proof of what they are lending against is seen. So yes I can get it done if it is lagit, and from the world top 50 banks. No I can't find anyone to issue an LOI on an instrument that is not even available. Mr. Nelson is correct in that no LOI or commitment letter would be issued prior to being presented with evidence of an instrument's existance. This is a form of solicitation. Please forward any documentation or information regarding collateral (SBLC) to back project. Are these leased letters of credit for the purpose of using as a secondary form of collateral? More and more individuals are attempting to use this method for the purpose of funding a project.

I assure you if the project is deemed viable and collateral is acceptable an LOI will be issued. If terms are acceptable you will make the determination to either retain the firm for providing a strategic partner, investment capital, or divestitures, acquisitions and financing for public and non-public projects. Or you can simply decline and continue your search. They will not work for free. A transaction of this size takes time and work.

In case of buying 7 computerized knitting machines, the profit will be:
50 pcs / day * 30days = 1,500 pcs produced by one knitting machine per month
1,500 pcs * 7 machines = 10,500 pcs produced by 7 machines per month
10,500 pcs * 50 USD = 525,000 USD sales amount per month

In the case of buying 20 knitting machines, the profit will be:
50 pcs / day * 30days = 1,500 pcs produced by one knitting machine per month
1,500 pcs * 20 machines = 30,000 pcs produced by 20 machines per month
30,000 pcs * 50 USD = 1,500,000 USD sales amount per month

Thus, 7 knitting machines make a profit of 525,000 USD per month, and 20 knitting machines will make a profit of 1,500,000 USD per month – even though we have taken an average price for sets of 3 garments of $50 USD. In reality, figures will be possibly higher. We have taken a niche market which will be really profitable.

We plan to use woolen yarns supplied from Turkey.

10 % annual interests
up to 40% of equity stake (profits) in the project for lender

"The objective of the project “Co-generation of Energy Rubber “is the advantage of the municipal domiciliary remainders of 12 Municipalities of the Metropolitan Region, and the use of rejected tires residues that are deposited in three garbage dumps, creating a great environmental problem in the region. The DSR consumption for this Plant will be of the order of 97,500 t/m, and 2,500 Tons per month of N.F.U.

The handling of the domiciliary residues in Chile always has been and is a complete responsibility of the Municipal borough: the law said that: it is only the Municipality responsible for service extraction, harvesting, transport and final disposition of the sweepings. Nevertheless, given the relevance of the subject, its technical dimension and the sensitivity that wakes up in the citizenship, the municipalities recognized that it is required solutions which they are innovating for the treatment of the DSR sweepings, technical attendance, alliances between the public and privet sector, the reorganization of the normative functions and control, to elevate the level of exigencies of the services and to rationalize the investments for a suitable management of the solid residues. On the other hand, Chile has a serious problem of power supplying due to the insufficient generation of the installed capacity of the hydroelectric and thermo electrical power stations, these last highly polluting ones by the fossil fuel use.

The present energetic policy of the government considers extending the energetic matrix towards new sources and new actors in the system. To the government it interests the operation of renewable alternative sources, although that these are not going to solve totally the energetic problem, if it improves the security due to his diversification."
