Seems like it was all a scam. People are complaining about jiffy lube voiding the free oil change coupon because of a mistake made on jiffy lubes end.

Jiffy Lube Promo Creates Stir

It took the industry by storm. Between April 29 and June 4, Jiffy Lube announced that it would give a free Jiffy Lube Signature Service Oil Change to any customer who purchased an oil change at Jiffy Lube. via NOLN
