GET LOST YOU STUPID PRUIS! My neighbors just got a grey one last month, how pathetic. Prius buyers should expect savings on gas, but NOT being environmental. The production of a Prius is very wasteful, if you want to be enviro, get a Corolla or any other small car.

Gas is falling, the Prius hype will soon be over. Been noticing Lot's of temp tags on new F-150's. Only a homo would drive a Prius..

Yeah, seen a lot of temp tags here in NC too. They are giving away a lot of F-150's as promotions and tax writeoffs here. Ford dealers here are offering $10K off the sticker AND 0% for 60 months, why not take a free truck?

I doubt you'll see sales of pickup trucks increase much. The public is going to be wary of low mileage vehicles for quite a while. And I have no problem driving a prius. I love the gas mileage. And no product by Ford, GM or Chrysler comes even close to the prius in mpg.

Just an all American Veteran that served 20 years on active duty in the Navy. My F-150 costs $95 to fill and only gets $350 miles per tank. My 2008 Toyota Prius costs $44 to fill and goes 600 miles. You can take that to the bank. Prius is the number one car for sales in the U.S. Bought the car Dec 1, 2007 for $22,500. The same car used is selling in New York for $26,500. Do you know any cars that gain value after driving them off he lot. I think not.

Theyre cheaper too, and get about the same gas mileage. Plus they look cooler and are funner to drive.

If it were not for gas Ford will still be selling 70K trucks a month just like every other month in years past. Your just sad because Toyota is about ready to abandoned that Texas slave shop..

Not sad at all, Toyota needs manufacturing capacity here in the U.S. so that plant in Texas will be put to good use, watch and see. Already they are consolidating truck/SUV production there, which will free up Princeton to tool up to make Camrys, which people seem to love. Ford was already seeing steady declines in the F150 long before gas hit $4/gallon. It's OK, Ford is going to retool to produce smaller cars and they are yet to be proven in this market. The Contour was a "European" design and that did not perform to expectations.
