My Grandfather built about 10 of the bridges across the Santa Ana freeway near Disneyland about 50 years ago.

If these bridges fall down, are they coming after me.

The construction company has not existed for 40 years.

"So you're saying if the bridge collapsed in the first 10 years, you're on the hook? If it doesn't you're out?" Hedlund asked Jacobs' attorney Kirk Kolbo, adding later, "Is it reasonable to cut off your liability after 10 years?" Honey that's called warranty. If you give 90 days warranty your only liable for 90 days. Nothing last forever or especially not a 100 years..
