To all of you union personnel. Listen very carefully to the Crandall discussion, especially the end where he tried to convince the unions that he was on their side but was demonized for being a tough boss. Very true statement. Then there were the believers who understood his message. Concessions were and are absolutely required if we want to compete with the legacy airlines that were filing bankruptcy and lowering costs, essentially pricing our product for the same seat mile at a higher cost. I would rather work for a person that told the real story and respected them for it than work for a B___S___ artist.

Incidentally, Peter Greenburg added absolutely nothing to the discussion and should have shut up as Bob Crandall runs circles around him and Peter took up valuable time with his trivial knowledge.
