Gotta love lawyers..this guy sees slowing the legislative process down as BIG win. I wonder how many millions will be wasted up in Washington by extending this very contentious debate for a small group of investors that sat on the sidlines THE WHOLE time assuming they would profit from this VERY divisive local issue.
