Anyone have an answer for me? How much flight time is required at regionals now? And about my contract, don't worry...lol...the company is in the process of getting a new one for us as we speak.:-( But did you know that even United's per diem is only $1.50 per hr? I was shocked. I would rather fly with a 400-hour pilot in an RJ than a 400-hour pilot in a King Air. As far as piloting skill, flying a twin recip or turbo-prop is much more demanding than a light or medium jet. That said, all 400-hour pilots are not created equal. Some have more MEL, night, and instrument experience.
