Do what your union advises as you are working in a closed shop under a contract. If you all vote on a ction....of any kind....you do what the 'najority votes to do. If they vote to strike and the courts allow them to...then you walk....unless you or your family is in need of medical etc and you can get a waiver. we are all thinking of you.
