Professional advertisers can't buy this kind of consumer response for millions of dollars and Dave and some pals on their own time smack a home run grand slam...this is too too sweet! Someone ought to start a website listing these companies outsourcing jobs to other countries where people can't speak English and can't help you. Then we ought to start boycotting them and tell them why.
Bring the jobs back to the USA. We use Webex at work, Cisco bought them, their call center people in Mumbay or somewhere are just terrible, they know nothing. I actually had one guy answer the phone in this bad accent and say "Hi my name is Elvis".

United was the company that convinced me forever that "employee owned" was a sure trip to destruction for any large company. When they made that move it seemed like the attitude of the employees became "screw you, I'm an owner."
