smart.
you could not buy exposure like this for $1200, nor $3000.
And humbling UAL in the process, that is priceless.

I hate it when these companies decide to "make things right" AFTER they end up all over the internet. It doesn't make me say "oh what a nice company, they're doing the right thing" because if they really wanted to do the right thing, they would have done so the first time around. They're doing the "backtrack and fix the PR thing" which is absolutely shameless.

Fantastic! It's too bad it's taken this video to get UAL's attention.

What a fantastic way to reward the attitude that has become so normal at United. I stopped flying United three years ago, when it was all delays and difficulty. I haven't missed them at all.

I unloaded cargo planes for Flying Tigers at O'Hare back in the 80's and when a package was marked "Fragile" it really meant "throw harder" to us.

The words idiots and Ramp Rats are inter-changeable. Just like the words United Airlines and unreliable.

I feel this guy's pain! United broke my suitcase years ago and refused to pay for it. I love this video!

I travel a few times a year and sometimes you can watch the baggage handlers from the plane. It doesn't matter what airline, they always toss the luggage. Maybe not very far - but it would not take any more time to place it on either the cart taking off luggage or the ramp that loads it onto the plane. Maybe airline officials should watch this. Has anyone who flies ever noticed how quickly luggage wears out?

This guy is AWESOME!!!

I think that EVERYONE who has a beef with a company should record a video (not necessarily musical, we're not all that talented!), and post it on YouTube.

Then, make sure to send the link to the CEO of the company, not to mention sending it to everyone and every YahooGroup you can.

So, to translate your name into English:

"Cheap-shot" REALLY means "Arsewipe"

Um okay...anyone can make a song about anything...not too sure why we should care about some hack who wrote a song about an airline?
And YOUR name "Droncz" translated into English means "dweeb".

(Why so many deliberately mean and nasty people are posting here is beyond me ... this musician is a GENIUS!)

Don't most musicians with expensive guitars carry them, on the plane? I've seen it countless times.

Miz is right on. United's reaction of being the nice guys trying to make it right, with the spokesperson joking about "striking a chord with us" is just the height of hypocrisy. This is after telling the guy to go pound sand month after month.

United was the company that convinced me forever that "employee owned" was a sure trip to destruction for any large company. When they made that move it seemed like the attitude of the employees became "screw you, I'm an owner."

Did this Bozo remember to loosen the strings?
Compression and decompression will snap the neck of a guitar if you don't loosen the strings.
Did he leave the capo on the neck?
Might not be United's fault. Jus' saying.
Ok, explain how loosening the strings will protect the BOTTOM of a guitar from smashing if someone decided to throw it? I'll need that information if I decide to take my bass somewhere.
