High tech home my ass... look at where my ISP is then do your research, dumb f******g hawaiian.
Ever tried walking across a reef? Not a viable option... ESPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN BARELY MOVE. 4 feet deep huh? You know a launch would only draw about 1-2 feet of water, so I guess you're right, better thrown em off the side of the boat than (heaven forbid) put them in a launch and row to shore, also I don't recall Liliuokalani having to walk across the reef to shore (we would have known, she would have written a song about it) when she visited Kalaupapa (as have I, about 5 time in total actually).
Do I hate Hawaiians? Yes, only the same an equitable measure by which they hate me.
And your benevolent Hawaiian leaders left trusts for you did they? Oh that's so gosh darn nice of them, nice of them to do it when they realized how much they were hated by the commoner to try to win the commoner's gratitude. Us "Haoles" have never done such things, oh wait, wait, wait, I remember something, what is it, oh yeah...
The Rockefeller Foundation
Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
Howard Hughes Medical Institute

That's off the top of my head, but yeah you're right, all we ever do is anything that helps your cause... You hawaiians need to take a good look in the mirror before making accusations, I don't deny a single thing that may be questionable that Caucasians did throughout our history, from the crusades to the holocaust to constructing some of the most magnificent things for all ages, from the Colloseum to the Hippodrome to the Sears Tower to the fact that we've shot a man to the moon and back (albeit Asians helped with a few of those), but hawaiians only EVER claim to be the benevolent loving people who lose all the time because of haoles (BENEVOLENT LOVING PEOPLE DON'T HAVE WAR GODS!!!!), here's the real question... Where is the Hawaiian wonder of the world? Where are the droves of Hawaiian Nobel Laureates? Why hasn't Mililani Trash wont a nobel peace prize yet for the work she has done? Gee I wonder why. Take a good look in the mirror all you Hawaiians, out of the otherwise gracious and loving people that inhabit Polynesia you are the canker sore, you are the root of all the hatred directed towards you, you and you alone are responsible for what has become of your culture (a nightly show at the PCC), look in that mirror and see that monsters that you have become.
PS. Meth labs do not qualify as wonders of the world.
You sound angry maybe you need some meds for your anger. Hate kills. I think you need to take a good look in the mirror.

From first settlers who arrived here, how many generations later are lineages no longer related? First arrivals would have come from the same villages.

So Hawaiians were impressed and attracted to the technology of the Haole. I said as much in my statement.
So What?
Fact is that Hawaiians may have been impressed by the cloth and guns and navigation techniques of the Haole but the Hawaiian makaainana could not instantly transition into a competitive, materialistic, greed based mentality. It wasn't in our nature.
We "gave" our lands because we didn't fully appreciate that land could be "owned" by anyone other than the Ali'i. We ignored legal reality because we hadn't cared about such details for thousands of years.

The fact that Hawaiians were overwhelmed by the outside invasion is true. To you it is deserving. To me it is sad.
You didn't "fully appreciate that land could be 'owned'" because the Ali'i forbid you to own land. It was the Ali'i's land, to do with as they please. And giving it away is what they pleased.

You are ignorant of history.

The "Crown Lands" were maintained by the Ali'i and remain intact today.

They were stolen by the Provisional government of mostly missionary Haole and then illegally taken by the United States.

Most of the Ali'i lands onwed by the Ali'i you hate was generously given to the Hawaiian people in the form of trusts. Something I'm sure you would not be capable of.

There was also that belief that one couldn't take land with them. No one had ever seen land packed up on a boat and shipped out. The belief, "freely give", preceded the belief, "freely receive".

every word of this is wrong hon...go read your history. Missionaries left in 1863..a generation before the overthrow of the bad queen by her people. Nothing is owed the mixed race natives today ...but they owe the rest of us an apology for their endless shibai.

you need to remember that history is written by the winners (US and Europe), not the loosers (natives, japanese, chinese, spanish, or phillipinos)and no matter what you say, the only legitimate account we have can only be interpreted by reading and analyzing THEIR literature NOT History

Daily Horoscope for November 27

Taurus

If you wake up early this morning after a strange sexual dream, don't worry. It's just Pluto digging deep into your psyche and it doesn't mean you are perverted. Dreams about sex are almost always about something other than the carnal desires; the language of the sleeping mind is almost entirely symbolic. You are normal, so carry on in good faith.
