American Eagle becomes American Express

American Eagle becomes Eagle Express

American Eagle becomes US Airways Eagle

MQ and OW go bye bye

Is Piedmont owned by LCC?

Is PSA owned by LCC?

Wow this gets ugly - abandon ship

Great opportunity for regionals to do new routes

Grow regionals, who is buying regional jets?

Downsizing relocations to thin numbers.

Anyone know where TWA Connection is today? Or will US Airways Express and America Eagle just become American Connection.

What a load of marketing bullcrap

A US/AA merger ain't gonna happen so don't worry 'bout it, ok?

Maybe it will be a pure acquisition and everyone gets stapled to the bottom of US Air Group company wide seniority.... including Piedmont and PSA.

Meaning any AMR AA,MQ, or OW employee that is stapled below Piedmont and PSA

That however would be a detriment to the goal of any merger though, as expanding route networks and simplifiying operations is the goal rather than creating added complexities.

Left to it's own devices and not under the control of AMR, MQ would thrive mightily

American employee's if merged are going to get a painful "DP". DP is a Doug Parker, he lies and cheats. I hope your unions a smart and can hold DP accountable. Good Luck

DP is giving AA more of a chance than TH. The new FL. He will at least in the beginning keep more people employed. How would you like your CEO bragging to the press about how the BK turn around plan is already paying dividends and revenue is outpacing the competition, and the layoffs haven't happened yet. Except in Upper Managers.[Gee I wonder what work group had the excessive labor costs.} He knows the BK judge will be ruling in his favor. that's why a Texas based company filed BK in Manhattan. Boy would I love it if the judge were the first in over 200 cases to break ranks. But what I said in the last sentence is exactly why it won't happen
