I don't know, but it would not surprise me...we supply them , but since they are getting everything else, why not. Within a couple years Bucyrus will be the only fluorescent lamp plant in Ohio. We at Circleville are doomed like the rest of you all. I think I am gonna try and get a union at CLP..why not..we are almost done anyway..let's piss them off somemore!!

I got my check Friday Nov. 6 for $94.00

No one from Mira Loma got their check. My friend lives in Tenn.

My sister and brother-in-law both got their checks Friday Nov. 6th. Neither one of them still works for GE though. I am an active employee but have NOT received one yet!

Ron Wilson will be at winchester tomorrow for our steak dinner they said we won some contest but when he shows up to be greeted by everyone wearing black t shirts(plant manager and staff included) with a tombstone on the back there is A bulb and the dates winchester was in business for it should be interesting. The plant manager said we couldn't wear our sombraroes(sorry about the spelling).

As we all know there were 400 seros handed out to the top 400 at ge by seniority. Does anybody know why it is a big secret to let people know what number they were if they didn't make the cut? Sounds fishy to me.

A well respected, VERY good employee with plenty of job knowledge and ALOT of integrity has been fired at our plant after 33 years of loyal service!They accused him of not performing his duties on his job. But he actually DID do his job. I know this is true because he says he did and I know he is an honest man! I can't understand why they would want to get rid of him. I think someone else wanted his job. There is alot of back stabbing and corruption going on at our plant.

there is no sense in them cutting their own throat , not to defend them but understand why they did it... were the steaks good ???? at least your plant is closing and you have a firm date we are still in limbo as far as the when , we are all aware of the what will be leaving
