Any idea why this article presents an up assessment of LAX satisfaction and an article published today in the Daily Breeze presents a downbeat assessment? They are supposedly the same JD Powers study. The Breeze article however is written by Daily News Wire service

Los Angeles International Airport has climbed from the bottom of the barrel to being considered an "average" facility, according to a J.D. Power and Associates airport satisfaction study released Tuesday.
