How can i get a job in Singapore (i live in Indonesia)

hai guys,, im a newbie here, i wanna ask about working in Singapore,
what's the main requirement to get a job in Singapore. i'm live in Indonesia,,
I will graduate next year and i wanna try to work in Singapore.. it's hard for foreigner to get a job in Singapore?

and you know it is quite difficult to have a job in singapore for indonesian, it is a law country..
and you need to folow all the rules...
if you do not have relatives in singapore it is more difficult for you

Yes, Singapore seems good.. and advertising is okay there... but if you switch to online advertising.. then the market is hot.. and looking for people.
