<quoted text>Sorry to inform you that those who die, usually have a last will and what evr you wish..And that is what the feds chief< Mr.Ben Bernanke is having trouble with...Where has all that money gone..Well all these individual who die, take their money along..That is the place where they really can enjoy it..Where ever you live, did you ever find a rich rich individual who enjoys his money..they count every cent..The poor indiviuduals do not even do that..What ever they get they spent...
His will would be contested and hidden money would be confiscated upon it's use.
Remember you can't have a valid will which includes other peoples money

"For many years, his corporation was the single biggest contributor to President Bush, who nicknamed him 'Kenny Boy.'"

Who quickly became "Persona Non Grata Boy" at the White House. A friend in handcuffs is an outcast indeed.

----------

" ... But during his testimony, Lay ended up coming across as irritable and combative.

"He also sounded arrogant, defending his extravagant lifestyle, including a $200,000 yacht for wife Linda's birthday party, despite $100 million in personal debt and saying 'it was difficult to turn off that lifestyle like a spigot.'"

Being super rich is so intoxicating. Everyone should try it ... at least once.

Kenny Boy may be dead, but fascism lives on with Cheney/Bush.

The secret Energy Task Force, where they conspired to break the law (Clean Air Act) and divy up war spoils will be remembered for centuries.

I will buy rounds for all when the two big fascists kick the bucket.

I don't want him pardoned. At least this way, the Lord gave him the ultimate "justice" system. I truly thank God today, for some form of justice for, we, the American people.

Guess Ken was so afraid of what "Bubba & Tiny" (not the first poster) would do to him in the shower. Stress is a bitch. LOL
But Thank you God - you saved tax payers a lot more money Ken couldn't get his hands on by taking him rather then us keeping him alive in a federal prison.

I don't buy this at all. We have yet to see a body. We need DNA testing to confirm that whatever body is brought forth is in fact Kenny Lay.
I mean he was facing 30 years. If I was in his shoes,I would put up a huge life insurance policy against his wife. Now all his assets will STILL get confiscated leaving his wife broke, but I don't think they can touch her Life Insurance settlement. Now just speculating if she got Millions on her policy, they can go anywhere on earth and live a full life.
Kenny Lay founded Enron. Kenny Lay duked thousands. That took evilness but it also took Brains.
I hope he's really dead.

He's not dead. He is in Brazil, changing his identity under the knife and will be quite comfortable in a luxurious villa. How convenient. Dubya probably supplied the jet as well. Friends don't let friends go to prison. Way to go "Kenny Boy"......

In death Ken Lay has learned what most people already know; " You reap what you sow ".
