I could believe it this year...it's hot even for Central Florida to have 82 degrees on Super Bowl Sunday. Now there's this tropical disturbance just south of us...wouldn't that be a bit out of the ordinary to have a tropical storm in February?

No, the "liberals" are lying to you. It is really 68' outside, and no summer storms during winter. Stay inside, and avoid the "liberal's " lies, Ignore Reality.

Don't be so negative; think of Long Island post global warming as being more like Venice.

Your anecdotal evidence shows that even climate change non deniers can't get the simple difference between weather and climate, a blip and an overall trend.

Regardless of your interpretation, weather and climate are definitely interrelated...it's just a matter of time.

"The difference between weather and climate is a measure of time. Weather is what conditions of the atmosphere are over a short period of time, and climate is how the atmosphere "behaves" over relatively long periods of time."

And "relatively long periods of time" is subjective.

The dark side is the increase in mosquito population.
AND;
When Mr_Bill was a boy, the fish all left, or slept in the mud until St Patrick's Day.

Now, people are fishing TODAY, early February, on Long Island Sound, and catchjing fish.

The SNOWBALL is a dinner dance held in January.
Mr_Bill spends time on the water, and gets tan in spite of precautions.

An anectode is an anomoly.
A huge collection of data is a trend.
A reliably repeating trend is a change.
An assemblage of thought which explains trends, anecdotes, and change; and is irrefutable, is a scientific theory.

Even the dopiest "know nothing" FOXLIES followers and Lying neo-conservatives now accept that climate change is real.
Their next line of defense is denying it is related to human activity.
Unfortunately for their superstitions, a graph of overall earth temperature rise corresponds precisely with a chart of fuel combustion for the entire length of the industrial revolution, up to today.

You are right; global warming is not an anecdote, but anecdotes certainly prove the rule (general trend.)

Please help me know what you mean by "...climate change non deniers ..." ?

It was the globull warming scientists and meteorologists that were saying that weather would be affected by globull warming, ala more hurricanes, AND more powerful hurricanes.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Libra

It's one of those difficult days when anything can and will happen. Someone you were relying on might let you down, plans could be changed at the eleventh hour or a machine could go on the blink. To make matters worse, your energy levels are very erratic, so you feel full of beans one minute and ready to go to sleep the next. Don't make the situation worse by eating foods that give you a high followed by a slump.
