Sorry to say folks, I have been looking for 4 months for a loan. I have had a recent bankruptcy and have 0 credit. I am 57 years old. By law, I cannot get a loan for another year and then I will be treated like an 18 year old and have to build credit $500 at a time. I live in Texas and have found all this out the hard way. There are no lenders who can help us at this point in time. NONE ! PLease, I know how desperate times can get but, all you are going to do in here is find trouble. These people are making a living off folks like us who badly need loans.

Mr/Mrs. Bristle, I am very much in the same situation. I can afford the same payment as you but have not been able to find a legitmate lender, at least one in the UK. Were you able to obtain the loan you were looking for? If so, please forward the information, I would greatly appreciate it. I had the same problem with the payday loans and tried for months to find a lender to get out from under the finacial terrorism. Every lender I found swears that there are transfer fees ( outside U.S.) and are very adament about having to have those fees up front before they can transfer your loan. I finally just quit paying the payday loans and am trying to get back on my feet. Had to change my checking acount because they will access that account and take everything that you owe ( interest/principle). Really was a mess. I should be out of trouble in a couple more months. At least I am making the necessary payments and keeping my home and car. I am sure they will find a way to get their money but, hopefully by then I will be able to do something about it. I have found out that payday loans are as big a trap as these so-called lenders in here if not worse. Congress has laws on the table to close these people down but what we really need is the government to pass lending laws into effect to help people like us out who are able to pay small notes ($200 to $400 a month for 60 months ?) but at this time can't get notes. Write your congressman. Maybe that will help.

Bottom line is that it is ILLEGAL to ask for up-front fees in order to secure a credit-card, or a loan. If someone asks you to do this, it’s a scam!
The person sending these fees never receives the loan, or credit card and becomes an advance fee loan fraud victim all I want is a real loan
