I C Jackson wrote: What you call a "lie", someone on the other side of the aisle calls the truth between the lines. This is the single most telling sentence ever written by anyone on the far right. The fact that they cannot, or even refuse to, tell the difference between a lie and the truth speaks more of their supposed morals and rabid religiosity than does anything else. It also explains why they see nothing wrong with the endless stream of hate pouring forth from Fox.

We have to deal with the issue at hand, which is a president who is playing Russian Roulette with our country. We can go about this one of two ways. We can sit back and just hope for the best as you're doing or we can fight back with all we got and take our country back. Perhaps you're just too much of a wimp to do that? How are you fighting back besides posting your disgruntles on topix? Just curious..... what's your plan, stan?

Obama continues to employ Blackwater while Obama's own mercenary group Triple Canopy gradually takes over and hires from Blackwater. We already covered this. There seems to some of the Bush inheritance that Obama likes, but keeps under his hat. reeltime wrote: hey ACORN! ...."Top executives at Blackwater Worldwide authorized secret payments of about $1 million to Iraqi officials that were intended to silence their criticism and buy their support".... http://www.nytimes.com/2009/11/11/world/middl... you're supposed to spend the money the Government gave you to get more of it! get with the program!

...."I have a friend who has a high school aged niece living in Williamson County, Texas. The niece's 25-year-old brother is in the Army, stationed in Afghanistan. I just heard from my friend, just a few minutes ago. It turns out that the niece was very distraught today... so distraught, in fact, that she had a panic attack and had to leave school. You see, the brother and sister lived in Fort Hood from 2004-2006. The sister wanted to know why she needed her parents' permission to stay in school for President Obama's education speech, but not for the empty boots and Taps that aired without restriction during today's speech honoring those slain by the Ft. Hood shooter. Good question. She is still pulling herself together as I write this, which, per my friend, requires a wash cloth and substantial make-up touch-ups. Yes, in all its education-oriented wisdom, the school district banned the president's speech about why it's important to stay in school, work hard, and aim high. Kids at high schools throughout the district needed the okay from Mom and Dad for that...except those in U.S. government classes. I guess those kids were immune to indoctrination. However, witnessing the agony of families mourning for their children, fathers, sisters who died at the hands of a fellow soldier? That works for Williamson County.".... http://thepoliticalcarnival.blogspot.com/2009...

What does she think her brother is doing in Afghanistan? That's the danger of this administration trying to treat murderous terrorists like mere criminals. Someone needs to educate this young girl. She was too young to understand what was going on 9/11, but she is old enough now and deserves to hear the truth. Good thing the school aired the memorial or this girl would still be clueless. If this is just indoctrination, bring her brother home. If her brother is serving with honor and purpose then let that honor and purpose be foremost and upfront every moment and every day of our lives back here. His service is not to be swept under the rug and diminished just so that pretty young girls don't cry. reeltime wrote: ...."I have a friend who has a high school aged niece living in Williamson County, Texas. Fox Opinion News Get Caught Using Wrong Footage - Whoopsie! ...."Fox Opinion News, as America's Tea Party news room, seemed to be on board with the teabagger mythology that hundreds of thousands of proud pitchforkers attended the 9-12 march in September. And it also seems that they have no problem with the latest iteration of the mythology which claims that Saturday's astro turfed insane clown posse gathering on the steps of the Capitol brought in 20,000 to 40,000 teabaggers when the actual number seems to be smaller. So it was no suprise that Fox fave and conspiratorialist Congresswomen Michele Bachmann promoted the propaganda while being interviewed on Fox Opinion News. Problem was that the film footage, which purportedly showed vast hordes of pissed off populists, was taken at the September rally which drew far greater numbers than Saturday's party. But who cares about such silly details when you've got propaganda to peddle?! Jon Stewart explains it all.".... http://www.newshounds.us/2009/11/11/fox_opini...
