This is not proof George's father was a citizen, Kneepads.
What we do have is an agreement that George R. was born in Mexico and we can agree that George R. left the USA long before he was born because they did not want to live in the USA and we can agree they left and had no intention of returning to the USA again.
Prove they didn't, and then you can write the author of that article and tell them George was actually Mexican and not a U.S. Citizen. You won't be able to prove they renounced their U.S. Citizenship, because they didn't.
