British scientists are examining the strain of swine flu behind a deadly Ukrainian outbreak to see if the virus has mutated.

A total of 189 people have died and more than one million have been infected in the country.

Some doctors have likened the symptoms to those seen in many of the victims of the Spanish flu which caused millions of deaths world-wide after the World War One.

An unnamed doctor in western Ukraine told of the alarming effects of the virus.

Today is Monday, November 16, 2009...It is 7:28 A.M.E.S.T....Now, on a lighter(??) note....I want to speak more about My life AND St. Bernadette
Soubirous` part in it....In high school, maybe in
1958, I remember, one of My male classmates (He said this, a few seats away from Me and in the classroom, in between classes)...He said: "He`s like 'GOD'!!" Note: "I didn`t understand what he was saying or why....I was NOT athletic!!"
My first job, after I graduated high school, was at
a Jewish Camp. I was employed there as a "dishwasher"!! I liked this girl that worked there, and, the four letters, in her last name,
(Note: She only had 4 letters, in her last name)
if you moved the letters around, would mean; "I AM
KING"!! I didn`t figure that "puzzle" out, until
3 years ago!!
August 1960....I enlisted in The U.S.Navy! In Boot
Camp, when My company was ready to go to the main
base; I was ordered out of ranks, with 2 or 3 other
sailors....We were sent to a "barracks" called
"HOLDING COMPANY"!! It turned out, that the reason,
I had to go to "Holding Company", was because, I
enlisted in The Nuclear Field Program and volunteered for "nuclear submarines" AND I had to
get "interviewed" by a U.S.Navy PSYCHIATRIST!!
I was in Holding Company for 3 days. When I spoke
to the psychiatrist; He asked Me 2 guestions:
(a) Do you bite your fingernails?? My answer was
"NO", however, he could see "My fingernails were
all bitten up"!! Note: I guess that`s a sign of
"nervousness" and I guess you can`t be nervous, on
a submarine??
(b) Next question was: "Do you date women/girls??"
My answer was: "NO"!! So, the psychiatrist said:
"He is 'flunking Me' from the Nuclear Field and
Subarine Program; because I was/AM socially immature"!! Carmi says: "But the U.S. Government
(V.A.) says: " Carmi`s mental illness, is NOT service connected"!!
In the U.S. Navy Fleet, I was "hearing voices",
Psychiatrists call that "Sychitzophrenia"!!!

AFRICOM represents a stunning shift in U.S. military doctrine, despite its relatively modest start-up cost of nearly $400 million. It reflects mounting concerns like those outlined just last week by the director of the CIA, Michael Hayden, who warned that North Africa and Somalia are now second only to Pakistan's tribal areas as growing Al Qaeda threats.

After seven years of aggressively confronting Islamic militancy head-on with major combat operations—and after soberly weighing the impact of those two big wars on a frayed U.S. military—the Pentagon is hoping to apply an innovative, soft-power approach in Africa.

Aside from training African proxies to fight extremists, the mission will focus primarily on undermining the roots of terrorism—that is, thwarting extremist recruitment by building clinics, digging wells, inoculating cattle and offering services primarily to Africa's rural Muslim populations.

"Our measure of success," said Vincent Crawley, an AFRICOM spokesman, "is to not fight a war in Africa."

The CIA's financial support accounts for as much as one-third of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) agency's budget, the Los Angeles Times reported on Sunday.

When contacted by AFP, the Central Intelligence Agency declined to comment Monday on the report.

The clandestine program that offers bounties to the ISI for the capture or killing of militants has prompted fierce debate within the US government, officials told the paper, as ISI is suspected of retaining ties and providing support for Taliban and other Islamist extremists in Afghanistan.

The payments were first approved by former president George W. Bush and have continued under President Barack Obama.

at 6:00 P.M.E.S.T...AND slept well!!
Note: I lost 139,000 web-addresses, linked to this
blog, in one month!! Did they have "JUDGEMENT DAY"?? AND, They went "through the ground" to "HELL"?? Almost no-one went to Heaven!! What`s
the matter, didn`t the earth have "Armageddon"??
Don`t you know Who Carmi is...even, after ALL MY
WRITINGS, on the internet?? Did you find out what
the words "I AM" mean yet?? I AM is one of the Names "GOD(ALLAH)" calls Himself!!
Note #1...I will, now, continue blogging, about My
life....After, flunking out of the nuclear submarine program, in The U.S. Navy; I had My active-duty, that I was committed to serve (by being in the nuclear field) cut, from 6 years to 4
years!! I spent 3 years and 4 months, in the Fleet,
during which time; The U.S.Navy "LOST WITH ALL HANDS"; Two submarines!! I know why they were lost;
but it may be "top secret" yet...It wasn`t "necessarily", because the U.S.Navy and
U.S.Gov ernment "treated" Carmi, badly!!
Note #2...While at sea, I would hear "voices". One
day, I told some of My shipmates, that "I heard
voices" AND they said to Me: "You are 'horny' and
that is why you 'hear voices'. Then, one of them said: "You have to 'take care of that problem, once
in a while, by yourself, at sea'??" So, Carmi, would, "RING MY BELL, BY MYSELF", every 3 rd day!!

P.M.E.S.T....I didn`t get robo-blogged. Thank you,
Topix. I will continue...At sea, "ALL THE TIME",
But mostly, in My bunk; I would hear a woman`s voice...AND, she would say "stuff" that "turned Me
on"....like..." I am "lying next to you, in your bunk"!! A message to U.S. Navy Fleet Sailors(Destroyermen): "You know how wide a Destroyer`s bunk is". How could, a woman fit in My bunk; Plus,
she was "invisable"...i.e... As far as I was concerned; I was "wacko"!! Right?? However, in 1995, I learned about "St. Bernadette" AND "Thank
You, My Lord Jesus, for telling Me"!! She could
speak to Me, at sea; couldn`t she?? I will give
you all (especially The U.S.Navy Sailors) a "hint"
about My job, in The U.S.Navy....One day, I went over to the base, where My ship was tied up, to
pick out "movies"....One of the movies, I picked
out, was titled..."SONG OF BERNADETTE"!! It is a
movie about, The Apparitions of Our Blessed Mother
Mary to Bernadette Soubirous!! I showed the movie,
once or twice and "at least once", I cried during
the movie, but it was dark and no-one saw Me!! It
was/is a beautiful movie!
Note #1...I would like to give you an example of
the "Superhuman Powers" I had, in The U.S.Navy; even at the age of 20-21...At one of the bases, on
the east coast, where My Destroyer "tied up"; We
would be at "Pier 12", so, that would be about 12
football fields length, to "walk" to the base
"movie hall"!! I would walk that, round-trip, go to
a 10 cent (price to get into the movie) movie. See
a 2 hour movie AND walk back to My ship!! I did NOT
know, that that walk is/was impossible AND none of
My other shipmates took that walk!! If I had time,
before the movie, I would go to the library (It was
in the same building) and read the paper!! By the
way, in 1963, the Dow-Jones average was around 695
points!! Impossible?? Check your old newspapers.

I AM eating "good"!! Example...I just had a nice
dish (serving) of Chicken Cacciatore!! It is in
a "microwaveable" box....But, I DO NOT own a microwave...So, what I do is...You open the package...rip of the plastic covering...spoon the
"Chicken Cacciatore (any microwaveable unfrozen
dinner) into a "boiling type pot"....put some water
in the pot...cook 5 or 10 minutes, until it is hot...Place contents of pan into your dish...AND...
"ENJOY"!!

WASHINGTON – Soldier suicides this year are almost sure to top last year's, but a recent decline in the pace of such deaths could mean the Army is making progress in stemming them, officials said Tuesday.

Army Vice Chief of Staff General Peter Chiarelli said that as of Monday, 140 active duty soldiers are believed to have died of self-inflicted wounds. That's the same as were confirmed for all of 2008.

"We are almost certainly going to end the year higher than last year — this is horrible, and I do not want to downplay the significance of these numbers in any way," he said.

Great Britain, U.S.A., Russia, Communist China, etc.!! Next request: If The U.S.A. Government is
NOT being overthrown by My children, by December 17, 2009; I want My Angels, to take-over The U.S.A.
Government, by Christmas Eve, December 24, 2009...
AND "install" Carmi`s Kingship (Kingdom) of America
Government!! Note: America, will then be governed

A.M.E.S.T...By the way, every time I get on My blog, I have less links to My blog!! But, that`s
alright, I was told that: "The U.S.A. AND ALL OF THE PEOPLE, ON EARTH....are 1000 times worse than
they were during the time of Noah`s Flood!!"
Today`s WORD...What is wrong with The U.S.A...
Note: "I have 4 pages of notebook paper, written on
one-side only....I wrote the notes in 1/2 hour, this morning, and it may take 3 blogs, in a row, to
put them on-line"!! But, not all at once...I will
resume, when I AM done, now, at My APARTMENT....
(1)They teach supposed "Democracy and Freedom of Speech", when actually Our Freedoms are being
"stiffled" with a "police state"!! i.e., If you
"obey the laws", you are O.K....but, who makes those laws??
(2) Freedom of Speech?? Have you "EVER" seen Carmi,
on T.V. or Radio??
(3) I think, The Leaders in The U.S.A., want to be
World Conquerers, Like...The Roman Empire, Greek
Empire, AND The Soviet Union...Did you ever hear
of those Empires?? They are long "GONE" aren`t they??
(4)They teach Freedom of Religion, but, as The Old Soviet Union, used to say: "Religion is The Opiate
of The People"!! In other words, if The U.S.A.
People "THINK" They have Freedom of Religion...They
will be "doped up and tranquil" and cause The U.S.A. Government No trouble!!
