WASHINGTON – Senior U.S. generals said Wednesday that more Afghan and NATO soldiers are needed to expand the fight against a Taliban-led insurgency in southern Afghanistan, although current military plans make such increases unlikely.

The American general who recently left his post as the top commander in Europe said NATO allies could and should send more forces and specialized help such as medical helicopters for the widening fight in the south.

"Certainly I'd like to see more U.K. forces," Gen. John Craddock said, because home base for the major fight in the south is in Helmand province, where British forces have had the lead for years.

Craddock, who will retire in August, said NATO allies are too quick to come up with reasons they cannot contribute more to difficult missions, and lash so many restrictions on the troops they do send to Afghanistan that it limits every mission they might be used for.

"There's always a reason to say,'we can't do it right now,'" Craddock said.

The Pope actually speaks directly against a one-world government, and, as would be expected from those who have read his previous writings, calls for massive reform of the United Nations. Confusion seems to have come from paragraph 67 of the encyclical, which has some choice pull-quotes which have spiced the pages of the world's news, from the New York Times to those of conspiracy theorist bloggers seeing the Pope as the Anti-Christ.

The key quote which has led to the charge reads: "To manage the global economy; to revive economies hit by the crisis; to avoid any deterioration of the present crisis and the greater imbalances that would result; to bring about integral and timely disarmament, food security and peace; to guarantee the protection of the environment and to regulate migration: for all this, there is urgent need of a true world political authority, as my predecessor Blessed John XXIII indicated some years ago."

However, in paragraph 41, the Holy Father specifically differentiates his concept of a world political authority from that of a one-world government. "We must," he says "promote a dispersed political authority." He explains that "The integrated economy of the present day does not make the role of States redundant, but rather it commits governments to greater collaboration with one another. Both wisdom and prudence suggest not being too precipitous in declaring the demise of the State. In terms of the resolution of the current crisis, the State's role seems destined to grow, as it regains many of its competences. In some nations, moreover, the construction or reconstruction of the State remains a key factor in their development."

Later in the encyclical (57) he speaks of the opposite concept to one- world government -subsidiarity (the principle of Catholic social teaching which states that matters ought to be handled by the smallest, lowest or least centralized competent authority)- as being essential. "In order not

I have seen myself commanding limbs to grow. That vision was from the devil also. Since there have been numerous dreams and visions that have "come to me" in the last 25 years, I could go on and on. Simply put, I have disavowed them ALL!!!

To show you how serious I am, I have a bag packed on rollers, sitting in a corner by my front door with the basic necessities of life that might last me for a month or two. Why? Because, something very serious is going to happen. About a year ago, I saw in a dream the skyline of my city in complete flames. I was shown in the dream NOT to go back to retrieve ANYTHING but just to move out on foot. Could this dream also be from the devil? Perhaps. I hope that the dream is a lie. As a dreamer, there is one fact that I know. Just because a dream comes from the devil, it is not necessarily a lie.

Do I live in fear? Absolutely not. I am very revived and excited and my faith in Jesus Christ has never been stronger in my 32 year journey in HIm. All religion has been removed from me and I find myself anchored on the Rock and that Rock is Jesus Christ of Nazareth. I need nothing else.

As an aside, once you read the book, you will know that it took less than a year for me to realize that the word I received that compared the organized church to a condemned building was FROM THE HOLY GHOST.

#1...About 31 years ago, I was in Scranton, Pennsylvania...at night...in a beer drinking bar....I thought I got "stricknined"...whic h is a
"deadly poison", which Ialian Mafia men give to
people they think are "RATS"...Well, I AM STILL here and "I think" it was poison(stricknine)...
But here is the "funny??" editorial cartoon...It
showed a human, adult man, answering the door to
his "apartment or house"...Outside the door was a
large rat with a rat-trap attached to his foot..
"The large rat said to the man: "You tried to KILL
A BIGGER RAT THAN YOU THOUGHT"...I.E...They tried
to "KILL ALLAH CARMI"!!
2nd editorial cartoon....It said: Michael Jackson
is DEAD and he is STILL DEAD!! Carmi says: "I will
not comment on that cartoon."
Note #1....If Carmi is "legally DEAD"; AND sometimes, I look like a skeletal flaming face...

BEIJING – More than 400,000 people need to be relocated after an earthquake rocked southwestern China, destroying thousands of homes, state media said Friday.

Thursday's magnitude-6.0 temblor, centered in Yunnan province's Yao'an county, killed one person and injured 325 others, 24 seriously, the Xinhua News Agency said.

Nine aftershocks have followed the quake, with the latest registering a 5.2-magnitude Friday evening, Xinhua said. There were no immediate reports of casualties.

The quake collapsed 18,000 homes and damaged 75,000 more, Xinhua said.

MOGADISHU, Somalia – Somali Islamist insurgent fighters beheaded seven people accused of abandoning their religion and of espionage, residents said Friday, in the largest mass execution since the Islamists were chased from power two and a half years ago.

The execution follows weeks of bloody fighting for control of the capital and at a time of mounting concern over the influx of hundreds of extremist foreign fighters into the war-ravaged Horn of Africa nation.
Al-Shabab militia officials told her that the seven had been accused of either renouncing the Islamic religion or spying for the transitional government, she said.

In Kismayo, a southern port city under al-Shabab control, a 13-year-old girl was stoned to death last October after being accused of adultery and a man also had a hand amputated after being accused of theft.

It's definitely linked to al-Shabab wanting to show or portray themselves as restoring law and order in the region they control ... it's also linked to them wanting to terrorize the population under their control under the guise of applying sharia law,"

The killings come as African Union officials are deliberating over broadening the mandate of an under-resourced and undermanned peacekeeping mission in the country's capital, and as the U.N. human rights chief said both the insurgents and government troops may be committing war crimes.

The U.S. and Swiss governments and banking giant UBS AG indicated Sunday they were seeking a settlement and asked a federal judge to delay high-stakes hearings on the Internal Revenue Service's effort to identify thousands of suspected American tax evaders.

The one-page motion, filed in Miami less than 24 hours before the hearings were to begin Monday, said postponement is needed "to allow the two governments to continue their discussions seeking a resolution of this matter."

Unless a deal is reached beforehand, the filing asks that the hearing be rescheduled for Aug. 3.

U.S. District Judge Alan S. Gold did not immediately rule on the request, but judges routinely allow parties in civil cases extra time to settle out of court. Such a deal would likely include a large penalty against UBS and possibly require the bank to reveal at least some names, tax experts say.

The case seeking the identities of some 52,000 wealthy American clients suspected of hiding $15 billion at UBS has already sent shock waves through the international banking system.

I wanted to find out if I AM who I AM, so, I ordered My(??) Angels to collect My tith from

dollars!! Or, if My tith was collected, The Kingdom of God Church has, at least, 6.7 trillion
dollars....in it`s coffers!! THAT IS ONLY PART of the world`s tiths, to God on the Earth!! THE VATICAN, must tith!! Etc.!! My top position in the

Church for Christmas and/or Easter!!" I.E., I

E.S.T...I want to talk about some (different ??)
problems we have in America:
(a)....The Food and Drug Administration...They are
allowing drugs and medicines to be put and/or
remain on the market and they know they can "kill"
you and they are carcinogen drugs (i.e. they can
give you cancer!!)
(b) About Food....There is a chemical compound
they put in "cold-cut" meats to preserve them for
a long time....It is called sodium nitrate, and
it is a "carcinogen"....It causes "cancer"!!
(c) Our canned food, etc., has too much salt...Our
candy, donuts, bread and other "pastries" have too- much and "unsafe" levels of sugar!!
Our meats have too much fat, also, it is in butter, whole milk, cheese, pastries...etc!!
(d)We have to have LESS saturated fats and cholesterol in our food!!

(in a different order) into the Name America!!
Note #1....I would like to write down for you The
Pledge of Allegiance to The Flag of The U.S.A....
I.E...I pledge allegiance to The Flag of The U.S.A., and to The Republic for which it stands,
One Nation, Under God indivisible, with liberty,
and justice for all!!
Now, if God (The Father??) was born (of a woman)
into a human body, He would be King of The U.S.A.
and (of course) King of The Universe!!
Now, If Carmi is God The Father and I AM, also,
an American Citizen, I would be King of The U.S.A.!! Problem....Supposedly (and really) The
U.S.A. Constitution states (I Think) that The U.S.A. cannot have a King!! Sooo, What is the
"viable option"; "Kill Carmi"!!
Another option, If Carmi is God in the U.S.A.; is
to make a constitutional amendment making "Carmi
(Me) Honorary King of The U.S.A."!! I AM NOT going
to run for President and you will be still "electing" Presidents, but The U.S.A. would
be a "Theocracy" and Carmi will be putting his 2
cents (advice) in The U.S.A. Government.
Another point, I would like to make is, we will
NOT be changing The U.S.A. Flag, but I would, someday, Like to have My Battle Ensign (flag) fly
over it, on top of it`s pole...The Small Flag looks like this,....ALL RED, with an outline of
a "white skull"!!
AND, IF I AM ever "proclaimed" (KING) by ALL the
governments of the World, I would like My Battle
Ensign (flag) to fly over, on the same staff, of
ALL THEIR FLAGS!! The color of ALL THEIR FLAGS
would remain the same, also!!
