I don't think my last post worked. So here it is again.
The REO bulk buyer for So. Call does both North and South California.
I have connections with Sellers for discounted Commercial Properties: retail industrial, office hotels, apts., etc. Do you have buyers for these types of properties?

We are a Washington, D.C-based real estate funding group. Recently, we have gotten involved in the REO market. We have major hedge fund, institutional, and private investors that are capable of purchasing portfolios of single-family homes ranging in size from $25 million to $50 billion. We have clients for nationwide packages and for California only packages. We will only work with REO resellers that are no more than one-away from a bank or mortgage asset manager or an authorized compiler. Our buyers can react very quickly to portfolio opportunities. On an immediate basis, we have two clients that are looking for $12 billion and $10 billion nationwide packages.

My partners and I have worked both sides of this bulk REO game. We have weeded through a lot of BS and we have a 1B transaction in escrow. Whether it closes or not we will have to see but we have watched a lot of deals fall apart. We have a minimum of 6 proofed up buyers with a minimum of $20Million on up to 1B. If anyone has a true source please get a hold of me ASAP. Don't play games, don't call me to gather info as we are not novice investors and we understand how this is "supposed" to work and we have very strong BS detectors! I don't care if there is a broker chain as long as it's legit and fair.
