Blue Flame Muffler , Inc. scam

Would like to talk to someone regarding The Blue Flame Muffler scam that is going on.

Same owners for all these companies.

Custom muffler is the same as Blue flame ,Got ripped off,now about to loose my house and business,

still vry few left, it seems the crooks are going to get away with all those millions

Yeah We were screwed by these guys out of $20K. We did receive a bender and an instructor came for one day, but after that just lies and B.S.

those pieces of shit cashed my reorder and never sent stock, close to 3000 bucks. that a lot of mufflers. i at this point found a way better supplier and i just have 6 months left on lease. but they screwwed us all and should have to pay for thier crooked ways. do you think there new shit will not be a seller and they will be burned too. keep in touch. pat voorhis auto

We had the same issues. Stuck in an overpriced lease for the master Bend and got real bad service from Custom Muffler. Bender now sitting idle while we still have 4 years on lease. These guys were excellent con artists and hurt a lot of people.

i will be going to n.y.c next week and if my son does not have aswers then i will do my best to find symathetic attorney

I consulted with a lawyer here in Canada and he says the best thing to do is to start a class action suit against blue flame in the states.

i have my son trying to get a lawyer for us he knows a lot of people in nyc and trying to get one to work on a percentage, i wouldnt care if i got a dime if those conartist thiefing no good pieces of shit pay. they have hurt so many from owners to employee's. it was a scam from the start. contract was broken. and they had lease companies in there pockets

i have not given up search for attorney, and should know a lot more several said they will get back to me and i still have to go back.

We have witnessed Blue Flame and their crooked ways. They have pulled every trick in the books and have sued a widow who now has nothing because of them and she was not part of the every day business operations. She would like to discuss being part of class action suit if one can be put together.

i am in the process to find a nyc attorney to work on percentage , not easy butt i will not give up till i do

i bought in to custem muffler lease scam.know i have four years left on my lease. and they are out of business,would love to get in on a class law suit

i have just ran up on you guys talking about blue flame. we have also been ripped off by them around feburary 2009. we purchased the bender and "some stock" and, like some of you others, was unable to obtain the remainder of our first order. i tried and tried to resolve the issue and got no satisfaction. we straight out purchased ours, both checks were cashed and we were all but forgotten even as the 1st shipment was being unloaded. with 1 quick day of training we've attempted to make this work on and off since then. without the advertising they contracted to give us, it's been tough but we give it one heck of a try. i have found a dependable supplier that really helps when we need it. about 6-9 months ago he told me of a woman in north carolina who wanted to talk with me about them and a law suite but i haven't heard from her as of yet. i didn't realize this problem was so wide spread. how can they get away with it?

I bought into this, knew I couldnt trust them but did it anyways, like a fool. I received all they promised. I called for a stock order and my local guy called me to ask why I wanted him to UPS all these mufflers to me, said he would just send them over for free and gave me a better price to boot. So I just use my local guy and havent called Custom Muffler for a couple years, didnt even know they were giving people problems but I always had that feeling crawling up my spine that things were not all they were cracked up to be.
