On 11-2-10 high-level US Bank/CACI supervisor Richard Marks demonstrated his love for his girlfriend Alexis. Alexis came in a little late. A short time later Rich Marks was whispering in her ear. After she came back from break I glanced over to her computer, rich had, yet again, changed her time to make her on time when she was late. If rich m had not been doing this then she would have been fired a long time ago. A little later in the day Rich M was again touching her on her back.
On the same day, Melissa was again talking. She was upset because Rich M. pays attention to Alexis instead of her. She was talking about religion and Rich M put in his two cents (on the floor) that the date of Jesus’ birth has been changed many time s as the years have gone by. Why was Rich talking about Jesus on the floor with Melissa? This was unprofessional.

Too much sexual harassment and physical threats going on at CACi. US Bank should pull the contract.

Your just upset because your arent an attractive girl that is getting hit on by Rich. Rich is so hot and great! Its wonderful working for a company where a guys hit on you and you can have an easyjob. Whoever wrote this is just probably some ugly fat girl whos in love with Rich.

The statements made here are totally false! I am a current caci employee and the things that this person is saying are totally false!!! Yes caci is a vendor of us bank and yes we are told to say that we are calling from us bank but that is because we are based out of us bank working on us bank systems under us bank log in it is legal and it is not fraud! Second the $10 fee is a fee charged by us bank it is not a fee that is charged by caci it is a rush pymt fee if you do a post dated check on an account meaning if your paymt comes out 2 days from the day of the call there is no fee charged! Lastly late fees are charged by the bank. The banks fee are based on what the bank feels the fee should be card holders are not charged over the limit fees or any other fees out side of a 39.00 annual membership fee... Now dont get me wrong I cant stand the company that I work for but its not because they are doing illegal things. So please understand that the person writing this is bitter and really needs to find better things to do with there time.

This company keeps calling my personal cell phone looking for my ex-wife. They won't remove me from their list even though I've asked them to do so, and they won't tell me what it's in regard to, but always ask me if I will tell her to call them. Well, fat chance after reading this, AND after telling them over and over that she is my EX and they need to stop calling me. Next step for me is filing a harassment suit because they will not remove me from their list even though they have no legitimate way of having my number and no legitimate reason to call me. We will see how they like having charges filed on them and having to come out of state to legally defend themselves. And now that they have a Facebook page (STUPID STUPID move), I can now put a face to the names they have given me, and I have full contact information for about half the people who keep calling me. Thanks for practicing illegal collection means and making it easy for me!
