Australia Feels Chill as China's Economic Shadow Grows

Buy some SDL shares, they are undervalued. The Yuan is a "slow" investment. If you hear any rumours of it being floated or being repegged to the US$ at the trade negotiatios then...TELL ME!

Good news for the idiot that posted this thread. I just left the thread "China's banks are in danger of collapse" or some such crap so I thought I would come to this thread for another laugh. The Oz $ just went to 6.2. That is where it was when the greed stuffed the finances of the world. If the "chill" gets any worse we'll need to have a cold beer to cool off! Dickheads!

The more I learn about China the more I come to respect Chinese culture and realise that we in the west have no right to think of ourselves as superior. China has over a thousand years of highly advanced civilisation that beats us in the west hands down. China has been abused and exploited by the west but they have no animosity only dignity. China is truely a great country. Paul Keating was a visionary when he said Australia is a part of Asia and its future lies with Asia. Unfortunately John Howard took us back to the dark days of the White Australia Policy and set back relationships with Asia 50 years. There is a lot of work for the Rudd government to do to mend fences and win respect back for Australia.

Just a little thing that would have made Paul smile yesterday. I was watching a programe called "Asia Watch" on CCTV9, the English channel here, Theere were items about Australia. Perhaps the Chinese took as much notice of Honest John as we did.
