If you copy and paste the link above and go to page 14 it says "employee can be required or allowed to work more than the daily limit only if he/she has agreed in writing" . But for the required part they would have to get special permission from the Director of the MOB. Now did management ever do this? I cant remember that happening? I was never forced to work more than 48 hrs from the begining. |

Judged: 1 Lmao. Ya, I’m an evil freaking genius. Taking all that union money every month while I earn top incentive in my banana job. Yup, you’re on to me. Oh and by the way, I noticed your request of me to, quote “Either step up and take responsibilty (responsibility) and accountability here at 500 Bayly or get the hell off this chat board.” It was posted under the name “Just Me Again”. The irony was not lost. I guess you don’t have to abide by those same rules in life that prove a persons character by standing up for your beliefs for all to see. You’re pathetic |

Judged: 1 only 1 problem they cant kick out the union. We have labour laws in canada to protect us :) Also we already make that much so you say no cost of living raise? I know I have 3 months pay saved up so I say lets shut them down if they dont want to negotiate in good faith |

Judged: 2 1 1 Wow. I mean it buddy, wow. Let’s look at this asinine statement of yours in a bit more detail. You’re using the NHL/NHLPA as a justification that a guy making between $14.75 and $19.00 an hour, is being greedy?? Let’s see… Where do I begin? Let me start with this fact. When a pro player feels a pull in a muscle or has a sore joint they put him on the DL for a week or two. He still gets full pay which averages $750.000 per season. Compare this with a worker that suffered two blown disks in her lower back that the company claims (No surprise) was not a work related injury and tell her to go on Short Term Disability (STD) at 2/3’s of her wage that she’ll lose a weeks wage just to receive. Why that greedy bitch. Bad example? Try this one. NHLPA players get 20 minutes of break time per hour worked. As if that wasn’t harsh enough, these poor bastards are often mandated to an extra 5 minutes in a work day. Ya DUD I see the correlation so clearly now. |

Green tool he was not comparing the work or conditions just the greed! Give me more more more!
I would try and tell you why you should be happy wherr you arr now and how your thoughts of 3 to 4 bucks an hour more is mental but what is the point? You do not understand anything but the union shite that flows fron your mouth. As for the tool rto who saved 3 months pay and wants to lock er down. If you were able to save that and have have issue with going without a pay stub for a while then you must not be doing too bad money wise. So why the need for a big raise other then greed. Also many of your coworker might not be as well off as you and can not afford a loss if pay. Way to put your greed ahead of others. |

Ok twit, how about a real hard statistic on the Canadian economic footprint. 47% of all Canadians are living paycheque to paycheque. And BTW, Are you typing with your Dick? I'm sure it's out even before you turn on your computer and I'm also quite sure it the only thing that gets turned on around you! It's called "spell check" use it. On second thought, Don't. I shows your thought process is as flawed as your writing skills.

If that is the brest you can come up with is to attack spelling when the topic is a much bigger issue. Go union! Attack attack attack! Never listen and think! Just so you know the spelling is due to typing on the virt keyboard on my phone and you are not worth turning on my home computer or double checking spelling.
So if so many are living pay to pay then why would you do something that will drive the cost of living up fot everyone? Companies do not lower their profits so you can have a raise, they raise the cost of their product or service and then you have the trickle down effect wherr everyone pays and you with your raise are no further ahead. Look at your friends in the auto plants. They are gonna go on strike at all three companies. Have fun with that. So few of the cars are made here now that this may just seal thr fate of all three in canada. I am sure they are taking into account if they go on strike and if the big three pull out of canada how it will impact all the union and nonunion jobs around them! Who am i kidding they don't give a rats ass as long as they think they will get more money out of their employer in the end. Wake up unions are dying! Even the gov at all levels is trying to get control of them. |

Well I have to go to work now. you can click over to wankmydongdotcom now. wipe the screen on you imaginary virtual computer when you're done. |

Well I have to go to work with all those other greedy unionized workers that are just trying to make ends meet. you on the otherhand can wipe the screen on your imaginary virtual computer. i'm sure the first hand is still busy |
