Police stay quiet on murder case

Police are keeping mum as they piece together clues from a Tuesday morning shooting in Millbrae and a dead body found Thursday in Burlingame.

We got a couple of leads right now, but we’re keeping things quiet,” said Millbrae police Cmdr. Marc Farber.

and am very shocked that in did NOT make the local news .. people living a few blocks away do NOT even know what happened .. the police keep these things hush hush to make Burlingame look good because it is a very high end town .. but keeping this news from the community (by not showing it on the news) is not fair.

Hmmm, why do you feel this way? The actual crime took place somewhere else. Whoever did this dumped the body in Burlingame. In my humble opinion the police are handling this well. Leave them alone and let this bad situation play out. If the actually did something wrong your words would hold water. It would be a misuse of the medias rights and power to hammer the good ppl of Burlingame or the property owners on this one. The media did really well on this case also. Personally I'm impressed with how the situation is being handled.
