Funny but not believable....the pigeons,called homing pigeons ,have to be born,and raised in the jail..They have to fly in their home area! some months later,with training, they may find their way back to where they were born,and kept. The pigeon has to be given to some one.Then he takes it to a place.A small cell is attached.Now pigeons can carry OZ,of wiight...I guess a tiny cell may do it..then the bird is released,and it goes HOME.to where it was born...in jail..with the guy locked up!

Now this BS story begs the question...is the jail a pigeon coops?..complete with pidgeon shit?,

With all those guys packed in those dungeons,how can you have this complected operation going on?..I guess the guards get paidoff..then why just give the guard a bag of money and get one!!
