My boyfriend and I visited Chama Guacha this past weekend and the atmosphere and service is excellent. I personally, was not impressed with the meat as most of the cuts were very tough and had a different taste to it that did not quite agree with me. The garlic potatoes were very watery, fried bananas were delicious as well as the salad bar (apple salad was fantastic). The mini rolls on the table were the best thing about this place.

Did you notice there was a shortage of stray dogs in the area? The strays began to disappear after the restaurant was opened....

Purebred puppy dog is not all that bad, compared to cat..especially stray alley cat...they charge so much for it..just because it's hard to catch, and usually doesn't have much meat..last time i ordered it..i ended up packing it home to feed my puppy dog.

although i have heard that if you feed alley cat to puppy dog, the puppy dog will almost taste like chicken.

Sounds yummy! Just remove the collars before putting them in the pot.

But if it's a leather collar..best to leave it on, it might give it some kind of beef flavor!

It depends on whether the meat in question is dog or cat.
