The biological parent should (all things equal) always be the first in responsibility to child.

That child is not going to be sent back to Brazil, those people there can want in one hand and shit in the other. It will not happen.

Nina

Do you have to be so crude, have you been checked for Tourettes?

While I do not think you are here on this forum to represent Portugal you could at least try not to drag up images of a dried up old hag dressed in black waiting for her run away husband to come back from Rio. It will not happen.

I thought it was quite amusing, though perhaps port pickled old hag might have been better

I do not drink, any alcohal of anykind. thank you very much.
And my age, is not the issue here...unless you have given up on valid concerns about this case, and we have now began a personal attack on one another.

Your resonses on this forum are invariably offensive.

Your age is irrelevent, your gender no less so and whether you consume alcohol or not would not sway my opinion of you in any way.

I see no valid or genuine concern for anyone in your comments, just repetition of your prejudice against Brazil.

That you believe your malicious attacks are motivated by concern is self delusion.
Let me guess, you are fond of using expressions like ' i´m direct'' i tell it like it is'. These are just euphemisms for malicious rudeness.

i do like how we go from talking about a topic to personal attacks on these things.. thats why people act as they do, brazil has different customs and laws, of course they do , no one else has laws like we do really.. and ours aren't exactly like other countries... we don't cane people, we fine them...

while our social security system is collapsing they are building one, we act like they are not very advanced or don't have any technology, but look up a bing.com search on brazil pictures... you'll see Indians in the amazon with satalite dishs watching tv in giant thatched huts... they care more about global warming, aka climate change more than we do. why don't you guys read a little about brazil before you bash the place

I've never been more disgusted in my life as I am over the way the Binachi Family have acted. From the moment that awlful woman died, that child should have been give directly to his father, his one and only father,,,David Goldman...Im in shock that all of these "educated" people would stand and say David is not qualified to raise his child.
This Brazilian family should forever be ashamed and on their knees begging god to forgive them for torturing this young man,Sean Goldman.
I will pray that that terrible grandmother gets on the first flight back to whatever hole she crawled out of...and the Goldmans have the most wonderful life together....

By the way,,,I have a 5 yr old son..and I can guarantee you right now...they wouldn't of kept my son for years...Because that man who proclaimed he was that child's Brazilian father would be 6 feet under. That whole family should rot in hell for their actions...

Bravo David Goldman!!!! God Bless You!!!!

Something is terribly wrong with this Brazilain Family. Very wrong. Why would you do this to a child??? Why??? I am in an international marriage. I know my husband would never do this to me. He says this family is selfish and not thinking of the child. But no only is the family wrong, but what is wrong with a government who was trying to support this??? I can guarentee you, Brazil is one place I have no desire to ever see. Poor laws poor values!!! Congrats to David Goldman!
