I am a very close friend of Jennifer's. Its understandable how much you want to blame someone, anyone but Dale for the crime in which he did committ. But the truth is Jennifer is not the guilty one. She was a victim and lived with threats right along side Dale for many years. She never went to the police and never thought of doing so. Besides, wether she did or didn't doesn't change the fact that Dale did murder someone. You say if not for her he would be in the ring knocking peeps out. He also could be out there killing. Give me a break Dale did this without any help from her. It is a shame that she had to go through what she went through. I know she loved him and I also know that he put her through a lot. Don't you think she wishes she had never been caught up with a man that was capable of murder while living with her. How selfish of him to do that to her family. My heart and many others goes out to her and her son who looked up to Dale as a father for 4 years.
You know, maybe Dale never turned himself in because he learned from you so called family to lie and hide the truth. There is no way Dale is getting out early. Frank's family will fight that all the way. The prosecutor says there's no chance in hell for him an early release.

I am very sorry for all you and your son went through. Your not the only ones who's life Dale has destroyed. He's the one who killed my brother Frank.

Aug.11 is the day that Frank Branam died 6 years ago. Does anyone realize what his family is going through today. Does anyone care??? I wonder what dale is feeling today. I'll tell you one thing, you can bet Frank's family was all together mourning a wonderful person that they lost to a horrible person.

There is no way Dale will get an appeal. Frank's family has three letters admitting to killing frank. The prosecutors also have a copy of them. If anyone would like to read them. I can post them on here. He wrote one to a friend , one to mandi, frank's sister and one to frank's mom. He was apologizing for killing frank. Everyone knows he did it, so just stop the fighting about it. There's nothing anyone else can do about it but, accept that dale is a murderer.

As for all you Crowe haters...He never denied killing Frank when he plead out, he is just saying he never robbed him? The law laid that case against him because Frank was missing his cell phone and wallet. Makes no sense. He punched him in the throat on accident for threating his son. I never pick fights I know I can't win. I'm not saying Frank got what he deserved, but whats done is done. And by the way, Dale's doing great...he's about to get married.

Dale did more than just punch Frank. Frank was strangled to death. He was put in a dumpster to rot. His family didn't even get to see his body because it was so bad off.
