Anyone know of a good pain doctor? I have 3 herniated discs, a schmorl's node, degenerative disc and joint disease, stage 3 endometriosis and sjorgrens syndrome and lets not forget the fibromyalgia.:) If anyone has an info on a good doctor, that would be awesome!

Mass General and Newton Wellesley Hospital have good Pain Management Ctrs. Also, acupuncture can be really helpful for a lot of the kind of pain you have, but make sure you go to someone who has been trained by an expert. Hot Yoga might help also. Best wishes.

Any info you want to post about the Giampa fraud would be helpful. They are now holding themselves out to be billing consultants. That should be illegal!

They still call themselves "Dr" even though they had their licenses pulled. They post under "Dr. Joseph Giampa" and "Dr. Frederick Giampa" and may very well be owners of chiropractic offices where they have trained the staff to say they have no involvement. But I don't know if this is true or not. Google them and you can read their posts. My understanding is that the cases against them were dropped after years of litigation, but I don't know under what circumstances. They may have cut deals, or it may be that the insurance cos were unable to prove their cases. Doesn't mean they were innocent. Doesn't negate the FACT that there were multiple assassination attempts made against the lead plaintiff's attorney in one of the cases against them. Spearheaded by Rocco Talutto and Frederick Giampa. Allegedly. The fact that their licenses were pulled speaks volumes. There were reasons other than insurance fraud allegations. I think I read that there were charges that, against regulations, they advertised that they would pay people finders/referral fees for bringing other auto accident "victims" to their chiropractic offices. I read somewhere that that they set themselves up as billing consultants around the time they were forced to close many of their chiropractic offices (due to the fraud allegations and other charges) under a separate company name or names. They have done business under many names. It could be that when they get into trouble they close the businesses, and re-open under new names doing the same thing until they get caught again. But these are just allegations. I wouldn't want to state them as fact and get sued. They have sued people who bring charges against them. I'm just repeating what I've heard. It's all rumor. Maybe it's all a bad dream. Allegedly.

The Attorney General's Office was pretending to investigate the assaults on the Lead Attorney from Encompasse Insurance. Martha Coakley was quoted in the paper as saying please report any medicare fraud. It's obvious that someone put a little pressure on her to do it. These unlicensed Chiropractors are allowed to do anything they want and nobody will do anything about it. With the protection from the Police who recieve drugs and are allowed to rip off insurance companies with their fake injuries, there is nobody to report this crime to without being harrassed and intimidated.

Do you know what happened to the thugs who actually attacked the lead attorney? I know they were charged, because I know there was a court date and some of them showed up. I think 1 of them wasn't there because he was either in jail or in another court hearing on another charge (I think for drugs) at the time. The case was continued at that original date, but it was a long time ago and I don't know what happened after that.

I don't think Ms. Coakley would be personally involved in allowing medicare fraud to continue or in allowing drug-dealing clinics/MDs to continue to operate. If there are people in her department who are doing this, my guess is that she is unaware of it.

To say that if someone in her department who would allow this, is to say Martha Coakley is allowing this. She is ultimately responsible for the Attorney Generals Office and she is responsible for allowing the drug dealing Dr. who is the subject of this post to continue because she has been aware of him for at least 5 years. If a Vetrinarian were to give her dogs harmful drugs her tone would change very quickly. I hope someone does go by her house in Medford and takes care of her prescious dogs. Maybe Michael Vick is available

What does the recent arrest of this drug dealer and his connection to Hal Mayo have in regards with the Dr. who is the object of these posts. It's only rumored but they may have both been supplying illegal drugs to the Everett Police
