For Townsend man, Dunkin' Donuts is the family business

And the small owner cannot even get a break to start a business.... 31 DD's ?? really? The rich get richer and the middle class stays the same... support your local business stay away from large CORPORATE... there are many small coffee places that charge much less and provide much more of a product then DD.

Sorry to sound bitter but I am tired of these large chains swallowing up the "communities" that they claim to have roots or love for. I know DD started in NE (RI to be exact) but come one....the liquid assets someone has to have to buy into this franchise is in the millions of dollars.

Both of the Dunkin Donuts in Townsend are horrible.
they never have a selection of donuts or bagels no matter what time of day it is plus the staff is rude.

Nothing like driving away with your DD coffee with "cream NO sugar" in it to be hit with a garishly sweet blast of sugar. Only in Townsend, from both of the Dunkin Donuts here, and repeatedly. Grrrrrrrrrr.

It's true, the DD in town is horribly inaccurate. I think they should reduce the menu to represent achievable results and try to execute on that.

DD is THE place to get your coffee!! and cmon can you blame someone for getting off their butt and working hard for something unlike the rest of America. Seriously if you work hard it pays off!
