Most babies with parents that have knowledge of the health benefits of the procedure have it done at birth but there is that lower element that say they want the child to make the decision later but the thought of that surgery isn't on top of their priority list.The boys think about cleanness of that body part about as much as trying to get them to wash their hands and face and brush their teeth.
