It's a nice little store, but I stopped shopping there due to customer service issues. If I wanted to run in to pick something up, I'd have to stand in line for ten minutes while this guy chatted it up with one of his pharmacy customers. While I think it's nice that he and his loyal pharmacy customers have the time to chat, I don't always have an extra ten minutes to stand there and listen to them talk about the weather while I just want to pay for my merchandise. Some might even perceive this behavior as passive aggressiveness. So I go to CVS or Walmart where I expect bad customer service, but I am usually pleasantly surprised by their "associates".

I enjoy going into Joe's Pharmacy where I'm always treated like I'm his only customer. Yes it's true I do have to wait at times, but there is always so much to see I don't mind.
