Just saying there could be a disavantage to this idear as it might make cigaretts smokers turn to pot smoking and therefore smokers will pay no taxes to the state and will continue to smoke in another way wherever they could sneak a few puffs.

How in the h e l l do they think the will do this. The can't ban drugs, guns, overcrowding, or destroying public property, so this will never happen. It is the "right" of the welfare rats to smoke, do drugs, shoot people, pack as many people as possible into their government paid for apartments, destroy it and then complain about the living conditions. Just ask our President or any tree hugging liberal.

So smoking crack, meth, and heroin are also included?

I guess the housing authority will have to come up with some very lucrative incentives for ratting out your neighbors who smoke.

this is rediculas ive been on the waiting list for like 7 years now now that my chance is fanily coming after so much waiting and 3 kids later and im not goingt to get it cause i smoke or i will have to quit r u kidding me

The state will never ban smoking entirely, it gains way too much revenue from the taxes on cigs.
