Oh, wait.. I forgot about something. Silly me!(We'll blame it on my fried brain cells). The ones with something to hide, simply claim now that they "didn't inhale".... (Yeah, I admit it. I "inhaled").

Skirt the truth, manipulator extraordinaire, anything to "win"; sounds like he would be perfect for any position in any organization. What has been redacted? Maybe he turned it down.
