The hypothetical black person that you called an "ape" in the workplace is a homo sapien, not an ape.
You would be wrong to call him an ape from an anthropological and a biological point of view because apes and homo sapiens are not the same species. You would also be wrong to call him an ape from a racial and politically correct point of view.
The courts and the theory of evolution are in agreement.
oh Geeez the brian is chiming in...i'm done now...look i doubt some halfwit knoows his anthrorpoly from biology..but if you say hes a HOMO...thats good enough for me...i'll go with homo..im sure hell love that.lol..if you read over my posts i make it a point to call him a primate.,..and lets make this clear ok..i'm not on some crusade to denegrate a race here only to show how the courts interpret always to suit their cause... coz for sure as hell if i call man a primate and he is black..he will sue or fight and guess what,,,i will be judged as wrong for telling it as YOU see it...

Whatever you claim your mission to be, you are trying to discredit the theory of evolution by assigning your own definitions to words then proposing an argument (discussion) with words having twisted misconstrued meanings. As the discussion develops, you change your definitions, deny your own statements then attempt to make jokes and laugh at your own statements. How is that working for you?

I wait for your next attempt to discredit evolution without holding my breath.

True .
If you do not believe in a religion, there is no life after death, than wouldn't it stand to say that we must live in the here and now and treat each other well because this is all we have?
If this is all we have , what difference does it make how we treat other people as long as we have what we want?
In some religions, the belief of life after death sometimes makes people, such as these terrorist, take there own life because someone made them think that they must do it for Allah. A farce. So, I do not think that believing in the bible or any other religion is going to garentee good morals. Of course, belieiving in the ten commandments helps, don't kill don't disrespect, yada yada. But it's usually not followed.
I believe that if one says he believes in the Bible, he must live accordingly. Of course all will stumble occasionally. There is none righteous , no not one.Romans 3:10 ....faith without works is dead also ? James 2:26 .I believe that striving to live a Godly life, which is what all Christians should do, does make a big difference in many lives. I can tell by what tempts me now what kind of person I would be without the influence of God in my life.
If it was, we wouldn't be killing in this war, we wouldn't be there at all.
(song) What good is war for
Absolutely nothing
I believe there is a difference in murder and justified killing. Song.. a time to kill, a time to heal, a time to break down and a time to build up. Eccl 3:3. Sometimes war is justified. We are a free nation because of a war against tyranny.

But good moral character, is from the family. If we break up the moral family, which is what we did with slavery in this country, you cause problems for generations. And having moral character causes your family to survive. The reason for morals is for survival of your tribe. So I think, it doesn't matter if you are religious or not.
Where does the idea of morality come from? If it is man made instead of inspired from God, does this not mean that each person is free to make his own determination.? If it is decided by society, then it is constantly changing. If stealing is considered ok by the majority, does that make it ok?
Even God in the Bible, in the books after the apostle books said, and some will not know me or believe in me, but because of their good moral character, the love of fellow man, will come into the kingdom of God Heaven.
This is news to me , please give references.

The problem in a nutshell is this you can not seem to be able to imagine where a man, black , hispanic, asian or even white would find themsleves in the company of another man as they are referring to man as a relative of primates/apes/monkeys, and he yells racism....is this the crux of your problem? or do you just have a problem with me? because if you dont see the scenario happening in an innocent way, then look around coz everyday people are insulted in ways thst continue to exceed the sensitivites.
Howard Cosell, a long time fan and avent supporter of muhammad Ali once made a remark on mon nite football when a reciever was running loose in the secondary,,"hes llike a monkey out there" he didnt meanit with ill intentions everyone knew it too yet he had to kiss ass to keep his job...
I'm not going any further because i see that if you get yourself in a human situation you cant handle, you just magically double talk your way inyo left field like you have no idea what i am saying...puleeeez i may not be smart but i am far from stupid. Your political correctness sux, and BTW it hurts all peoples too, by not telling it like it is...sugar coat it so all can handle it ...hell gimme a biter pill anyday so i dont have to eat the same sh*t the others want to hear..tell me the truth..i can handle that,
you want to put out like some hob gobbling stuff to appear "like" the theory of E could not insult a black man...well you know what...go to south philly and talk that there and we'll see just how much rabbit you have in you...
Now I"m pissed coz my intel been insulted...i need a walk and some get my wine..arrrrrg you guys need a break too stop watching the cells divide for a sec and get in the real world, will ya?

bonky...this thing with aboryion is so confusing, part of the concept date back to Sparta ,when ca child was born that wsn't wanted becsue it was defficient or unwanted it could be either thrown from a cliff or left there to die...euthenasia, the Nazi's used this and Eugenics too.

The really preplexing thing to me aobut the abortion issue and plotics is the same people who want to be able to terminate an otherwise healthy life also want to keep sentenced murderers from a date with death....and vice versa the Republican...goes to show the state of affairs in politics if i do say do myself.
Science, for all its dismissals of GOD sure is taking on GOD-like qualites as the knowledge base broadens...The miracles of modernmedicine are astounding and yet , we still cant or ownt find a way to let a fetus grow full term without the mothers input in the choice...
If we could find a way fo extracting that life immediately and preserving it and bring it along to birth. why not....relieve its creator of their responsibility...there is a story of a young man and young woman that goes along with this thought that i've always regretted and never forgave myself for..

The Final Solution to the Baby Question:

Since the first states decriminalized abortion in 1967, it is estimated that more than 46,000,000 reported surgical abortions in the U.S. An estimated 1,878,990 were committed before Roe v. Wade, the 1973 Supreme Court case that lifted all restrictions. An average of 1,300,000 babies are killed annually through surgical abortion
all these q's of life and death were once gods realm. now we have Dr Kervorkian....has anyone ever seen his artwork? It's a real treat into a sick mind I guarantee you.. This is mmans answer to a hard question, with the help of science and the condoning of the Supreme Court...when I see these figures IO feel sick!

No! see yor wrong there...I am not trying to discredit it...if you been reading my post as i know you have, not just here butother places youll remebner I siad i believe this theory of E is part of...God...the part I take issue with is the courts libery in tellingme what i can or canot teach my kids about with mty taxes and for also that people like yourself want to hide your head in the sand when the q is posed ...about a black man or dark skinned man or any man and his relations with primates and/or all lower forms ,coz i would say outright ,,buddy we both look like primates...coz we come from the same evolution(there aren't two evolutions going on is there?)...only you look more like one than me...thats being honest...not cruel...honest...you cant seem to get there ...perhaps honesty is an elsusive virtue...thats not sarcasm..thats opinion

... firstly..( I may need an ink blot test I dunno) this orchid looks strangly erotic. or maybe not.(it could be my experience with the person I forementioned)..look at its bud peeking out from underneath its hood and tell me it doesn't look strangley erotic? ok , so there are many patterns in life that are familiar right?Buit orchids I understand have both genitalia and they mimic insect patterns or release phemones thjat attract insects ...this plantlife is inviting to birds and insects to flower it...look at its patterns..you tellin me this doesnt have a design attached to it?
Maybe this orchid can read the insects/birds desires or maybe the bird leaves love notes to it or maybe its designed to attract the bird...Throw out all the non sense and what do you have left...

Do you know what? Is the reason this is such a sensitive issue in the first place because some Africans see themselves as resembling apes? I mean, if you called a white guy an ape there wouldn't be a "racial issue".

I don't think that Africans resemble apes, I never have. However, the fact that it is a sensitive issue makes me think that it is a complex that the hypothetical black person has.
