Sherman was indeed a terroist.

He was Lincolns SS Himmler. Except he did the dirty work as well. At least he took a birds eye view of it. Wasn't interested in the spying side and keeping profiles. Lincoiln already had his secret service. Gestapo have always been around and always will be.

im 100% for the confederate flag, no i dont not hate blacks and everyone that flys it does not hate blacks its all how you take it, i have the american flag and the confederate flag flying on the back of my truck and i wont ever take them down. btw i live in delaware theres alot of confederate flags here its who we are if you dont like it to damn bad

On my truck I have 3 flags first is the rebel flag second is a the 2nd nation rebel flag then a USA flag. Me and my buddies in middle school took the school flag down and put the kkk an Nazi flag up. put then they made it were nobody could even where the confederate flag

I am from the south. No one her sees the flag as a racial thing, it is simply our heritage. I happen to be white, but I don't care what color a person't skin is as long as they act like respectable humans. To the person that said most of the south is white, you must not have visited in the past 10 years or so. White people are the minority in most places. I really don't understand the whole race thing. African Americans can have BET "Black Entertainment Television" if we had WET it would be racism. They can have "United Negro College Fund" but if we had a United White College Fund it would be racist. They can say black is beautiful or Black power, but if we say White Power it is racist. We are called crackers, but if we utter the N word it is racist. Treat ALL people with respect, we are all humans and deserve no less. The flag is a symbol of our Southern Heritage, a place where life moves at a slower pace, where it is important to say yes mam and yes sir and show all people respect.

I'm an american, from the south, of mexican ancestry. I say ancestry because no one on either side of my immediate family has been born in mexico for at least five generations. I think the rebel flag brings out the worst in some people, I speak of the yanks. It seems to me that more white northerners are upset about it then colored southeners. Yes, it does represent a tumultuous time in our country, but it's our heritage, we cannot forget that, and while some think of racism when they see it, it stands for independence, and the same rebellious nature that freed us from brittan, too many yanks forget that. Before you go off about inbreed, uneducated, or archaic, think about all the rebels we've seen. The european defectors known as "pilgrims. The scrapy bunch of colonists that defied a king. Dr. King. Ceasar chavez. Both southern halfs of vietnam and korea. West germany. Let's all damn the rebels.

You say its your heritage, but what does that mean exactly? You are the inheritors of a defeated confederacy, which practiced slavery. Are there many people on earth who wave the flag of a non existent state. How many Byzantine or Carthaginian flags do you see on cars these days? Germans dont display the Nazi flag simply because its their "heritage", since most Germans dont want to be associated with what the Nazi banner stood for.

As for BET and blacks being able to get away with the odd comment which whites cannot, its hardly comparable with what you did to their race now is it?

Damn the rebels? South Vietnam did not rebel, or have anything approaching a rebel force to fight the north. It was the north who rebelled against foreign occupation. What rebel force did West Germany have? As for Britain, I think you will find that much of the south were loyalists.

I won't call you the names you mentioned, but my god you hill folk say the strangest things. You say the most bigoted things before saying "treat all humans with respect". I think the flag is a racists loophole. You found a way short of burning a cross outside your trailer to make it clear how you feel about blacks and other people you dont like.
