i don't know if asians really do age slower/better than the Caucasian people. if that is true, it may be because of our diet. asians are more likely to have fish on their meal. the reason why japanese people have the longest lifespan is because they usually have fish for meal and fish has omega3. omega 3 is very good for skin. i'm chinese and i have three meals of salmon today :) i'm glad i don't smell fishy.
