Green job scam, a warning for HERS/RESNET Energy Rater training classes.

Folks, a Twitter campaign might be of use in getting the word out. I am not a twitter aficionado, but actually participated in a campaign against Microsoft Outlook a few weeks ago. You may have far more readers than participants here in this forum. An easier way to get people to become involved is to ask them to type a couple words in a tweet.

The Outlook campaign merely asked people to include ‘fixoutlook.org’ in their tweets. Microsoft responded fairly quickly with a somewhat condescending post on the Outlook Developers blog, which pissed people off enough to redouble their efforts.

It is not likely that RESNET will attract any attention, but Energy Star is a different story. Same with the EPA. On Google, you would need to be specifically looking for RESNET as I was. I was looking for a rating system to use on a home I am designing . I will not be trying for an Energy Star rating, nor will I employ a RESNET rater. The comment by QADD:“Face it, the reality is that Billy Bob and Brother builders who don't give a fuck about energy efficiency are going to be put out of business” Is very telling.

He stereotypes those who do not accept his version of energy efficiency as hillbillies who deserve to be driven out of business for their sins against the environment. The reality is that there are no Billy Bob Builders out there….unless you were to include builders that accept falsified ‘ratings’ as proof of environmental correctness. The reality is that all builders that want to remain builders are as environmentally conscious as their customers want them to be. Any more or less and they are out of business.

RESNET has a desire to team up with Europe and the UN in order to meet its goals. They want to include residential homes in the American version of the Cap & Trade scam that is currently reaming Europe a new asshole. There are trillions of dollars at stake and they want a chunk of the scam. The poor homeowners just want to lower their bills…in many cases, just to survive.

I posted that letter again, this time under my real name, Dan. Guess what, it's gone. Gotta wonder whats going on. I emailed Topix and asked why some of my posts have been removed and I never heard back from them. I guess freedom of speach doesn't exisit on Topix.

Rhoade is either a sucker that has a hard time facing the fact that he has been scammed by RESNET or the RESNET provider "Florida Solar Energy Center" is behind this posting trying to set themselves apart from the rest of this RESNET scam.

I have not been censored here in this forum. This forum is fair to anyone trying to defend RESNET. It is not likely that anyone from RESNET will post anything on a private edited blog.

We do not only write for ourselves, do we? We want to entice a discussion. As I pointed out, a discussion is more likely to develop in a non-private and OPEN forum like this one. Additionally, the people from RESNET read this forum as we all now by now.

I'm not sure what you're saying Green or what it has to do with the post you replied to.

I do know that I posted that letter at least 5 times and by the next day it was gone. Topix hasn't replied with an explanation, so I'm just wondering what happened.

The reason that the letter is removed is that it is detected as an ad. Topix is one of the most free forum there is, but something that looks like an ad will be automatically be deleted.

Have you noticed that this whole page with exception of the first post is all comments fom myself, Bruce, and Mr Green? This is what happens, these people defending RESNET get backed into a corner and can't come up with any new lies to defend themsleves, so they just run away. I've seen this with all the state agencies I've dealt with, the town board, the builder and his sub's etc.

Post links to this forum on every other related articles and forums that you can find on the internet. We all have to do our civic duty to expose these rotten scammers!
