Atlanta Hawks stifle Dwyane Wade, knot playoff series with Miam...

Full story: South Florida Sun-Sentinel

Zaza Pachulia had 12 points and 18 rebounds, and the Atlanta Hawks raced out to a huge first-half lead and frustrated Dwyane Wade endlessly in beating the Miami Heat 81-71 Monday night to tie the first-round Eastern Conference playoff series at two games apiece.

wade needs to stop shooting jump shots, 3s, and drive to the basket every time. force them to stop him or foul. he is not a jump shooter. they will lose this series because he out there being pretty instead of grinding it out by driving to the rack and drawing fouls... this loss is clearly his fault. get to the basket---that is your bread and butter not settling for jumpshots. stop being a punk and get to the rack. stop acting hurt and be a man like jordan and magic. earn you victories by doing what has to be done. the guy should average 13 made freethrows a game but he chooses to camp out at the 3-point line wasting time.

Hawks played with urgency. Heat were going thru the motions. Bench points tell the story. Beasley and Chalmers need to mature and their big guy was killing us with Offensive Rebounds

This loss was mostly due to coaching. Spoelstra still has a lot to learn about making adjustments.

That has to be one of the worst played basketball games I have ever seen. Both teams and the officiating were pathetic. I only kept watching thinking it could not get any worse - but it did!

Hopefully P-Riley will understand this roster needs more than just two guys who dribble more than 3 times and maybe create something. Please - no more Dorell Wright picks over the NCAA player of the year in Jameer Nelson. Remember that Joe Dumars is still having sleepless nights for not taking Melo or Wade over Darko. This is when those draft choices make a BIG difference and can change a franchise.

Beasley and Chalmers needs to mature? Haslem has a bad game, too. How can you say a kid with his 1st time being in a playoff needs to mature. They are getting experience right now. Beasley only had 3 shots in the game. Did you see the game.

yea, im sure that dumars is losing alot of sleep due to his hand hurting so much from carrying around that Championship ring he has.

Daily Horoscope for January 5

Virgo

You aren't fooling anyone - it's easy for everyone else to see that inexperienced people are unaware of their obligations, Virgo. You're grumpy about starting a familiar process from the beginning again, but don't let that get in the way of getting on with it. Sour grapes have no place in your daily dealings. Although you may 'own' a project, it's ultimately in the hands of someone else. Deal with it and then move on.
