Redd is to laid back to be the leader of any team and his lack of compassion has rubbed off on the rest of the team. Why do you think Redd isnt an All-Star every season and McGrady is? Its because there is nothing exciting about Redds game. McGrady is explosive and every ounce of his game is exciting! Who wouldnt want 12 points in 30 seconds or a posterizing dunk that will make the top ten on sportscenter? You want to sell tickets give the fans something to cheer about and make the deal. I love Redd but McGrady is a flat out play maker.

On the other side the Bucks would be fine their problem is not attitude it's just their shooting percentage! If they ever start hitting their shots they are unbeatable.
