Wade back on track, but not Heat in loss to Bulls

Full story: South Florida Sun-Sentinel

Not again. And certainly not here, in his hometown. So there, hours before Wednesday's 106-87 loss to the Bulls , was Heat guard Dwyane Wade , on the court at the United Center , attempting jumper after jumper.

even though coach Spo may be the next Riley, this year he's just been horrible at times in his decisions. every game it seems that teams keep putting up 13-0 runs on the Heat. That's not the players fault, it's bad coaching. yes, we need to have patience with Spo because he's still wet behind the ears and the Heat won't be able to beat the Cav's, Celt's nor Orlando in the playoffs anyway but this is horrible. take away Wade's salvation at the end of games and you can erase about 10 wins from this year. bad coaching. hopefully he learns from his mistakes by 2010.

I'm getting tired of watching JO get punked and outplayed by just about everybody. Add Noah and Miller to that list. The Heat usually look better with Maglorie playing. JO's inside presence is rivaling Blount's! It's time for someone else other than DWade to grow some balls and act like they give a crap. Way too much lazy lapses to count. BTW, Spo can't score, rebound, or defend so find another excuse.

There is no miracle...after 60 games the lack of skills start to show....what about the rebounds..Heat players can not grab loose balls...Shooters can t shoot...Charges will not take you too far...

Spoelstra is not the one throwing up brick after brick from the 3 point line. Of Yakuba, Jones, Cook, Head, Moon, and even Wade...none consistently hit from the 3. Is that coaching? I think not. Opponents will continue to pack the paint and zone until Heat get a legitimate outside threat.

wade will be gone when contract runs out

why would he stay? that question must be asked

let quinnie be the guy that stands behind the three point line and keep the d honest when wade wants to penetrate

wade will leave

there nothing to keep him in miami

Even the indiana, was wasted of bad coaching. We need a new coach , better rebounder man.Wade can not do it all all the time.As far as for Beasley , he is a great disappointment. Fire spo, get Every johnson. We need better rebounder, Teams keep on killng us with second chance points.

The perimeter defense is atrocious! Every game the heat play somebody goes off on them behind the 3 point line, last night it was everybody on the Bulls. I know this is knows as a defensive team but I just don't see it. They scramble around like they don't have assignments and in turn, leave people wide open for jumpers or easy layups. Wade can't do everything. I hope these young guys can really take this as a learning experience and show us what they've learned next year!

Everyone just needs to shut up already with Spo. Oh it's Spoestra's fault. He's not playing Beasley enough minutes Blah Blah Blah. You guys need to shut up trying to blame Spo. Is Spo out on the floor shooting? Is Spo out there rebounding? Is Spo out there missing assignments? NO!!!! So please shut up with that already. You guys are just looking for an escape goat and you guys are making Spo the reason we are loosing.

You guys need to turn that blame to all the Heat players except D. Wade. The only one doing his job on the floor is D. Wade. Jermaine can't grab a rebound if his life depended on it. He can't out jump anyone for a rebound. Chalmers lost all his confidence in his shot and can't keep the opponent in front of him (horrible man to man defense). Cook lost his confidence in his shot as well (perfect timing, right before the playoffs), Haslem and Moon are too inconsistent. Beasley one night will look like a star on offense and than the next night it looks like all he's thinking about is Spounge Bob and Looney Tunes. Our bench is horrible period.

Our defense and rebounding in general is horrible. Do we really need the whole team in the paint when the opponent penetrates? Result: wide open mid range or three point shot!!! Now were tied for the 5th spot with the Sixers likely to be there alone after tonight's game against the struggling Bobcats.

If we stay in the 6th spot or worse and face Orlando or Boston in the first round the Heat are likely to have an early exit out the playoffs. Especially if we face the Magic. Their greatest strengths are our greatest weaknesses (great 3pt shooting and the best center in the league). Hopefully the Heat can get their act together if not were likely to loose in the first round and that's even if we make it to the playoffs with the schedule we have coming up.

Well said Patricio...they won't go far in the playoffs. By the way....its "scapegoat"...not escape goat...thanks for the chuckle.

The Heat players must be getting tired of waiting around for D Wade to cough it up. It's Wade's team. He is taking the shot. There are stretches were his teamates are standing around watching him go one on one.

Shaq for Marion/Banks, Marion/Banks for Jermaine?

Shaq is still a better center than Jermaine. Jermaine's contract is even higher. Bad decisions Pat Riley.

Spo has to get a haircut, not a "hairdo".

while not all the blame should be put on spo, you gotta blame some of it on him...the coach will never win a team a game, but the coach can always cost a team the game...and there have been plenty this year where he has made some questionable coaching decisions in crunch time...

oh yea...LEBRON FOR MVP!

Daily Horoscope for December 20

Libra

It's another day when tensions are rife and you feel stretched to breaking point. You might even totally lose your temper with someone, instead of merely snapping at them as you did yesterday. Mars stomps into reverse today, so it would be better to clear the air now with a row, and then forget all about it, rather than allowing bad feelings to accumulate and fester inside you.
