Watching this game made me SICK!!!!! How do you lay an egg like that!!! We're suppose to be contenders!!! and the more time goes by the more they start looking like pretenders!!!! I'm fed up watching this guys play this way. I don't think I hve ever seen a contender put up such a lame effort. We have no defense!!! non whatsoever!!! Rambis needs to be fired for convincing PJ that we needed to intall a defensive scheme ala Boston. He sucks as a defensive coordinator. We should just abandon that scheme and go back to what we had last year. No way we play worse defense than how were playing right now.

This game showed the "real" LA Team. FAKERS and just plain dirty players, besides being excellent liars!(Odom---"I just stood up")(Ariza---"I was just going for the ball")

Lamar Odom is the biggest headcase on the Lakers, and one of the biggest in the league. He should be tested for drugs - for two week periods, he looks like an All-Star, then goes for three weeks where he looks lost and like a total scrub. He should have been traded for someone, who while maybe not as athletically gifted, at least has their head screwed on straight.

PORTLAND WALLOPS THE HAPLESS LAKERS INTO COMPLETE SUBMISSION!

Talk about taking the swag away from another team. This is going to hurt the Lakers' pscyhe for the playoffs. Mark my words. Lakers will not make it back to the championship because Portland exposed their soft underbelly much like Boston did in the championship series last year.

Up by 30 pts! Ha! So damn sweet.

Last nights game was very outrageous. The fight between The Portland Trail Blazers and the L.A Lakers remembered me of my basketball games because there were be fight caused by the rivalry. It was the Lakers 7 lose. There will be two suspension because of this fight.

If nothing else, I think the good old Laker/Blazer rivalry is back. Aside from the Laker/Celtic rivalry, I think it's the best one in the NBA....at least in the Western Conference.

L.A. is still the class of the West but look for Portland to supplant them in the next few years, the Blazers are a young and very talented group with a dazzling upside. I can't wait until Greg Oden finally grows into his body; he's already a beast but he's barely scratched the surface of his talent.

Enjoy your stay on top Laker fans, it isn't gonna last much longer.

Laker fans are hilarious!!!!! They win one game then it's all gravy!!! "It's over!" "We're going all the way!" Then they lose the next game and cry crocodile tears about who they're going to fire and what changes should be made. They are so freakin delusional, especially their homers on the radio like Vic"The Brick"Jacobs and that idiot Micheal Thompson who daily wipe Kobes shit off their lips. MVP! MVP! MVP! my ass. This years its Lebrons or Wades straight up. Enjoy the best record as it lasts Faker fans cause by the end of the season it's f'n Bean Bryant walking back to the locker room with his head down!

Yeah, Portland beat LA, and may possibly beat them in April, but at the end of the day, what does it mean. Lakers will still have a better record...and will still be a BETTER team. Portland came so close in 2000, then got that @$$ handed to them. A championship looks more likely for LA than for Portland, no matter how bad LA may play for one or two games. Sorry to say it, but Portland is not that good.

Yeah, after 20+ years of never winning a championship, MAYBE Portland is good enough...I doubt it.

Well, when a game like that is in progress, I just go into denial and start doing something else. Then, I look forward to the next game. I am a Laker lover forever!

The Lakers left Portland with their tails between their legs again and everyone in Portland is happy.

The only thing fans in Portland hate more than the Lakers is the Zen Master himself.
